• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Taking the F3-S Cross Country

Jim or Capt Bob - Using this trailer to haul an F3 Spyder, does it need electric brakes? Are they available on this trailer? My tow vehicle is a 2007 Honda Odyssey. Thanks.

F3 with Blue Ridge - Modifications to help with turbulence

I have the middle size Gustafsson on my F3, because it uses the stock BRP brackets, but I wish I had gone with the tallest one. The buffeting with the middle size is reduced, but not gone (I'm 5'10"). Hunching down about four inches and it's all gone. I also plan to borrow someone's in-ear...

    Noise-Cancelling in-ear buds

    I've tried a top-of-the-line Schuberth full-face helmet and a taller windshield...still too much noise!

    Noise-Cancelling in-ear buds

Has anyone tried using in-ear active-noise-cancelling ear buds to reduce wind noise while wearing a helmet? I've tried it using over-ear noise-cancelling headphones, and it works great, but of course, not with a helmet.

    Spyder Homecoming

Thank you for the great advise! We're flying in, not crossing the border by vehicle. And we already have our passports. As for cash, to clarify, do we pay in US or Canadian currency? Where would we call to see if there are any Spyder rentals left (I know, I'm dreaming!)

    Spyder Homecoming

Is there a web site or local person to get questions answered about the June Homecoming? I have the Android app and the BRP event FAQs, but I have questions beyond what they offer. Such as: Which airport is best when flying in from the US? What hotel city would be best, considering the various...

Yes, I've been doing web searches...was looking for "insider information" :) The museum in Marquette looks interesting. And we're going to the Arabia Showboat museum. We won't be on our bikes this trip. :(

Fox 897-52-008 front shocks...stock or upgrade?

I can't find reference to Fox or BRP shocks with this part number, 897-52-008, are they replacement stock shocks or an upgrade, on a 2015 F3? The Fox Podium shocks have different part numbers.

    Hotel recommendation

Thank you Ticketbait. The one on PCH is a little too rich for us, but the others you mention should be fine. I'll set something up. We're not riding out, I don't get enough time off work for that, but it is on my bucket list to ride the length of Hwy 1 on a Spyder, as soon as I retire. For the...

Adjusting the foot position on the F3

Mattman, I am in Bentonville and have an F3. I've changed my foot pegs position. For the semi-auto model, it requires tools and perhaps 15 minutes. Come on over sometime and I'll be happy to show you what it takes and answer any other F3 questions. I also have a spare brake rod, position 4 as I...

Shifting goes away, and better mileage, with the full-electric Spyder. Can't wait. Money already set aside for it. :)
