• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New Rear Tire: Michelin Premier A/S 205/60R15 91H on

Hi, I was running 28PSI on that tire, I have now reduced the new tire (Michelin) to 22 PSI based on a buddy who has great success with the lower pressure...maybe this one will last even longer. I have read numerous threads/posts on tire PSI...so, it's your bike and you do what you want to ...

    Lamonster lights!

Agreed +1 :agree: I also have updated our 2014 RT Limited with the Lamonster LED head lights and fog lights in August of 2016. Two things made my decision: 1) OEM fog light burned out, needed to replace and 2) (most important) is the visibility they provide when riding in the day...

    First Spyder

Welcome :welcome: As others have stated, welcome and enjoy your shopping. I would highly recommend that you consider buying a Spyder with the 1330 ACE engine (triple cylinder)....more power, better fuel economy, etc. We have 39,000+ miles on our 2014 RT Limited (which has the 1330 cc...

    Mirror Vibration Fix

VHB tape - be careful.... I noticed it's VHB (Very High Bond) tape....did it stick to both surfaces? You can leave the liner on one side if that's a "gap filler" for your mirrors. VHB can become permanent over time and would hate to have your mirrors stuck on without the ability to pull them...

Magic Mirrors causing gauges to misread

Here's what I understand.... Lamonster mentioned this when we visited him in Springfield. I already had mine mounted with no issues at all. He stated if that happens, just take the magnet off and flip it (reverse it - so that the other side points towards the inside of the bike).....That's...

New Rear Tire: Michelin Premier A/S 205/60R15 91H on

General Altimax RT43 features... Yes, it's a nice feature telling the owner when it's time to replace the tire based on tread depth! Here's their current "features" listed on their website for the General Altimax RT43 - it was the "best" tire, so far, we had on our RT! I changed it now so...

    Murphybrown's Spyder Adventures 2017

Thank you for your detailed updates :bowdown: - I really enjoy reading them and get a laugh or two (such as your comment "HOLY crappola" :roflblack:referring to the storm). We ran into a storm like that by Wall, SD and I think we had a few choice words as well as it was between Wall...

    RT Half-Cover Question

I have the OEM half cover and it goes with us everywhere. It has it's own storage bag attached and you just stuff the cover in the bag -so easy. I have netting in the saddle bag covers and it fits neatly (length and width is good) in the saddle bag cover recessed area. It does stick out an...
