• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

After 3 way adjustable handlebar risers for a 2008 GS Spyder?

I wish you luck I have had them on my '08 Spyder GS since I bought it in 2012. I bought them from the dealer when I bought the Spyder (used). It was quite traumatic to cut 6" off each side of the handlebars and remove the gauge cluster and upper cockpit only an hour after buying it and getting...

    Clutch slippage???

IF you have an SM5 Spyder go out on it get up to maybe 40mph and in 5th gear and open the throttle wide. The motor will increase in speed but the Spyder will not if you have clutch slippage. When I traded my V-Max at a dealer, he put the front wheel up against a brick wall, got into top gear...

OEM GS/RS trailer hitch - do they have a long thru-axle bolt?

Does the OEM trailer hitch that would fit an older GS/RS come with a special long through bolt or does it just use the existing axle bolt? Thanks

How do I get the connector off the Rear Indicator wires?

I think I managed to get one connector through the nut at a time with much fiddling and wiggling. But that was years ago now.

Need some help with identifying a camper part?!

I have pieces like that which fit over the tops of my house/garden awning poles. Should be easy enough to find a "suitable" replacement, though not identicle.

I have a handbrake addition on mine and it has come in handy on several occasions, apart from stopping the Spyder when I am riding it.
