• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Future of the RS

I wonder if he is using the race ECM for the Buell 1125 or ECMSPY to tune the ECM. It would be an easy power bump on the GS/RS since Rotax did make that Buell 1125 twin...150ish HP

Who can resist a half price entry fee...another night at Musselman Circuit track. My GF took a few videos and pics and they are on the Y wheelers page on facebook.

    Future of the RS

Keep pestering them, I still can't believe they don't make a simple sport trike. The v-twin engine has previously had higher HP, give it some subtle body work. Lots of people ride, not just bagger tour bikes in the dealerships...some sell none of that.

Dirt kicking ant hill stomping moment

All I did was suggest we look at the unusual surplus of bikes this year since the Buell would probably become a track bike and check out a few I had in mind since they were on ridiculous sale sale...she sat on an F3 and now I've been told.:banghead: I have never seen the look in her eye the...

Still up and running with additional track size. They have open track days if you want to try spend some time trying out your Spyder or other machines. $80.00 per day for non-members(whichi is what I use). Fun events to come watch and rentals as well.

    Tucson area Spyder Ryders

Cary hasn't ever really done something like that, a great first experience for her. She loved it and Hot Rods.

I do have to work today, we will probably be there for lunch by 11 and have to cut out by 12:45 if it happens to last that long. Seems like plenty of time for lunch.

    Midwest/Green Spyder maintenance manual

I got it, saved it to my smart phone since SDcard was in it already. Loaded a suggested app called ES file explore. The copy they sent me had Adobe 10, so when I transfered the SD to the LG it came up but also had an office app willing to open it as well. I'll try a new SD card in the smart...

Exhaust: Should I buy HMF or Yoshimura R77 For 2008 GS

My Buell CR had the Rotax engine, it had the HMF...great sounding exhaust! Never saw any wear or tear accumulate after all the track time, but rain always seems to change and get to them eventually. So rain wise, not sure of the beauty duration that people want.

    Spyder and Reptile

Maybe this trending interest at lower prices(sling shot) will lower the T-rex price and inspire indy cycle plans getting picked up by a manufacturer. That indy cycle would be my choice, I think they were looking starting up a driving school or racing circuit of those at Phoenix race track.

    Midwest/Green Spyder maintenance manual

Yes on the mini USB connection, like most non-Apple devices. New to the touch pad thing other than being shown, I have yet to get it a miniSD card...was just looking at that and one of those rubberized protective covers. This laptop is ancient, year 2000, no SD slot. Oddly enough, it wanted my...

    Midwest/Green Spyder maintenance manual

My laptop...a little bulky for travel. Has anyone that got a copy of the Spyder MM and IPC from Midwest installed it on a tablet? I am trying to transfer mine to an LG GPAD 7.0. I can link th LG via USB to the computer in load it to storage, but not open it. It won't email the loaded copy from...

Has anyone ever made a Spyder hyper motorcycle?

That sounds like the sales pitch, not the reason. Spyder detune after release. Simple bump back to 115. Not sure about the aging wave of the future thing, but I'll let KTM, EBR and Ducati know...I know, I know April, but you gotta listen to daddy Rotax.

    Headlights to LED's?

Look for a local Cycle Gear to check a version out in person, but yes you can. They come with a mini adapter harness, but not sure it contends with the high beam solenoid. It's a issue of room to fit for some headlight assemblies on some bikes, but the spyder has a tube shaped housing so it...

    Tucson area Spyder Ryders

My parents just sold their cabin in Cloudcroft so I won't be going this year, but a fun ride I have been to many times and still possible to attend this year if someone is looking for a ride. http://www.motorcyclerally.com/MotorcycleRally/Welcome.html

Has anyone ever made a Spyder hyper motorcycle?

You are in the library. If it's not a problem, then why did they detune it after release? Why did they lower it to under 106hp just recently? Why not just bump the 990 to the 115hp the 1330 has? Why not give it 1125 parts?

Obligatory post-I tell you all the stuff you already know...

RDWII, enjoy your Spyder and good luck with your knees. I still have a little pick axe looking thing under my right knee doing something important, so glad it puts up with my all the physical activities in my life. It really suprises me sometimes, so thankful for it. P.S. Welcome to the 990 club
