• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Nelson-Rigg CL950 Deluxe Saddlebags

Speaking of N-R bags... (see, now that I said that, it doesn't count as a hijack) has anybody bought the tank bag from Nelson Rigg? I love the quality and customer service on everything I ever got from them:

    Day Runners!

    1. OK, so here is the required photo of the white DayRunners in a dark garage, front view: ...but I am curious--it seems like I will get a little bit of extra visibility from the side as well. I wonder what it looks like with the wheels spinning: 2. Electricity and I don't mix. Usually...

    BRP back on Two Wheels!

Good one, but it ranks up there with pointing to the ground and telling someone "Hey, look, your head fell off." :roflblack: UPDATE 2: Avril Foujour of BRP has made a statement to Asphalt & Rubber confirming the press leak. "Avril" = April "Fou"= Fool "Jour"= Day

    A good alternative to paint

Hey, retired1, that looks terrific. (I am about to install my second graphics kit myself. Removal of the old was a snap, and like you said, the expense is less than paint.)

    My turn with steering issues

Well, I am also very glad you are safe, LittleJohn. We have joked about your avatar for almost three years now--it sucks that the Little Tykes trike has more reliable steering. nojoke I am (only?) on DPS #2 myself; I guess I should drive gingerly for the next hundred or so miles and see...

Questions on 2 Mods being considered

+1 on the CHAD. I saw it first on Smylinacha's Spyder, and I took her and HDXBONES' advice and recommendation and got one from Ev at esi a year ago. I am 6' 2" (though shrinking, apparently) and it's been great in rain and snow. Top 5 Best investment on the Spyder!

    What's That Knob For?

Yup. That's the sportrack lid (or backrest) release. If you do pull it, make sure you push it a l l the way back in when replacing the sportrack lid or backrest.
