• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Where's The Customary 2025 List Of All The Rides By Month?

When I click on 2025 spyder events on home page, the events show in text form. I can no longer click on the event and the actual event page open. Did all the links get removed and it’s just text form now?

M2 shocks closing doors in 2 weeks! Announced 1st week of Sept '24.

I will. Either Ian or Travis will be able to tell me everything when it’s apart. I want to literally take these apart and see what I have. I have no idea if any of these part numbers are accurate or legit. I don’t want to start throwing numbers and find out I’m totally wrong. “If” my shock is...

M2 shocks closing doors in 2 weeks! Announced 1st week of Sept '24.

I believe he knows what he’s talking about and is very knowledgeable. I believe he produced a good shock. My “rear” shock was one of the first of the Gen 3 series and has held up very well for the past 2 years. Way better than the stock with 2 up 85 percent of the time and pulling a trailer. I...

M2 shocks closing doors in 2 weeks! Announced 1st week of Sept '24.

Ron I think you will understand this better as in names of parts than most because you know shocks. When I asked him about having these shocks serviced in the future by another person since you are closing can I get some details about the interior guts, possibly part numbers to explain to my...

M2 shocks closing doors in 2 weeks! Announced 1st week of Sept '24.

“No” top secret here Mikey! I will share all the parts numbers once it’s taken apart in the spring. I also have a feeling Marcus is going to publish rebuild kits on his site later on. He wasn’t very happy when I started asking specific questions about rebuilding. My concern is in all honesty...

M2 shocks closing doors in 2 weeks! Announced 1st week of Sept '24.

Gentleman here is some scoop! My shock is being sent back today! That means I now have 2 shocks on the front of my spyder which is good! I was scared I’d have one shock and not the other and then I have nothing. I am getting it back supposedly recharged and fixed. I am not upset about the...

M2 shocks closing doors in 2 weeks! Announced 1st week of Sept '24.

If you ordered or have anything with M2 you might want to call. They are closing shop in 2 weeks. I was just notified after I called them. It was Just Announced! Thought I’d pass on the news. I have a bad top seal, and I hope I get my shock back or I’m screwed!

Anyone use (turtle wax) hybrid solution ceramic wax on windshield?

Two2three, I used that Cycle Care product. You commented on it my last post about a month ago. Be aware though, Cycle Care is closing shop! Unless you can find someone that already has it on their shelf, they have no more #33. I used the Cycle Care #3 as the base. It was recommended to me by...

Anyone use (turtle wax) hybrid solution ceramic wax on windshield?

I am looking for real reviews and feedback, not advertisement. Has anyone used hybrid solutions (turtle wax) ceramic wax on their windshield? It says "safe for poly" on the bottle but reading and experiencing are two different things. I have the original F4 27 inch wide tall (from before the...

Passed my Washington State 3 wheel license test

Haze, did you already have a motorcycle license in Nevada? Does Washington not transfer over your certifications? I know my MC, CDL, S, and P all transferred over when I moved States, but I am guessing not all States are the same. Just curious. I have to get recertification for my S and P every...

    Anyone use cyclecare products?

Yes that is some of the stuff. Here is the cyclecare site. The painter recommended #3 as the base and #33 on the road and or after washes. https://www.cyclecare.com

    Anyone use cyclecare products?

I just had my spyder “tattooed” as my wife calls it. (Custom hand painted pinstripes and a mural) They recommend using a product called cyclecare. It’s a two stage product, base #3 is put down once or twice a year and then use a #33 finish whenever I want to clean afterwards. It’s pretty...

Dreaded parking brake locked and clicks only!

I know this has been covered many times and have read several different threads. Trying to diagnose if microswitch, motor or dash switch is bad. My parking brake is locked on. No biggy had to release once before back in 2018. This time it happened in garage. I Unscrewed 12mm nut in back, Pulled...

Ultra Guard Covers, Regular vs Essential - what's the difference?

I’ve had my Nelson Riggs 1/2 cover since 2017. Still keeps everything dry for the most part during rain, but now starting to get huge droplets/condensation under the cover, even on dry nights when touring. I know it’s been overly humid everywhere this past week, but I’ve never had anything like...

Dealer says Car tires damage fenders - does this make sense???

I agree with you Ron. I was going to ask him to confirm it was an OEM tire. Then provide a link with a list of all the tires we have listed in the past that match it instead of simply replying there is no concern. If it was not an OEM tire, I just wanted the specs so he can compare to the same...

GR can you tell us the tire (type, size specs) that is mounted on your spyder? From your picture looks like an F3 spyder correct?

Any Tips for removing clutch oil drain plug before hot oil shoots out?

Mikey I’m not saying I do wear the BBQ gloves for changing oil, just a recommendation for two2three so he doesn’t burn his hands. I just wear a pair of disposable gloves changing oil. I do wear those BBQ gloves with the green egg though! You smash those burgers at 600 degrees and the grease...

Any Tips for removing clutch oil drain plug before hot oil shoots out?

I’ve never had the problem but I have a big green egg that I make pizza and smash burgers at 650 degrees over open flame. I use a pretty thin set of BBQ heat gloves that can protect up to 1000 degrees. They are pretty thin, like cotton glove liners. Just slide either dishwasher gloves over or...

Limp Home mode due to water pump/thermostat - OK to ride?

This may be a dumb question, but if the coolant was low like you said, and they just added coolant, did it run a bit hotter after they added the coolant or did it just all the sudden start running hotter now? Did they top the coolant off, and you put in storage and now it runs hot, or did you...

Oil filler cap is VERY hard to get off and back on correctly - anyone else? Fixes?

The 23 might be different than the RT but I use a 36mm oil “socket with a 6” extension” to remove. When placing it back on, put a small finger smear of clean oil around the thread inside and on cap. Start it with by hand until tight and use the oil socket and extension to tighten till snug. Once...
