• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

TricLED Vent Lights - anyone have issues with them?

I am not assuming I will get the SlingMods lights to work, so I am looking at alternatives. I have the electrical modules sourced, as well as a second backup very simple design that works. All I need are LED's that fit, are the proper color, are waterproof and have the right brightness to do...

TricLED Vent Lights - anyone have issues with them?

Thanks for the images! Looks like you got the same length LED as i did but I noticed that you installed them on the very outer edge of the vent. As such they seem to fit much better, but still seem to have a slight bend. However I was going by their video that clearly shows the LEDs...

Anyone have an idea about why my Tail-Lights are Staying on?

I'm thinking we are missing something. I bought my 2020 Kawasaki brand new with zero miles on it from a highly rated dealer, and it has never worked as you say it should. No one has messed with the circuit. I also recall my Z400 also needing to be "ON" to light the tail lights....

Passenger foot pegs won’t stay vertical - any suggestions to keep them up?

One of my pegs does this. In my case it seems like there is a rubber like washer or bushing that is binding and resisting the peg being moved upwards, always providing a force to move the beg back into the down position as if it has a spring. It sounds very much like rubber being twisted, if you...

Has anybody heard any rumors on the 2025 Spyder Models? New line-up released!

I'm going to push for a full redesign with improved aesthetics and a truly adjustable pegs and bars - like the Ryker. I'd also want full gauges, proper Bluetooth integration with wireless Android Auto and better shocks out the door. It wont happen, but I can dream. Otherwise, my 2023 F3-S...

Is it worthwhile getting an Oil analysis on the first oil change?

100% YES. As other likely have stated, a proper oil analysis will tell you a lot about your Engine's condition and contaminants and additives in the oil. As an example, I bought a new car in January and had the oil changed at 500 miles. The report came back with as expected high contents of...

Anyone have an idea about why my Tail-Lights are Staying on?

The why does my 2020 Kawasaki Z900 NOT do this? :dontknow:

TricLED Vent Lights - anyone have issues with them?

Here's the short videos I sent SlingMods showing the issue I have. As I look at them again, I'm now also thinking that the LEDs would have to be installed on the curved part of the panel. The LED rubber-like housing may be fine with bending in that way, but the LEDs themselves are not designed...

TricLED Vent Lights - anyone have issues with them?

Any chance you can post a fairly clear picture of how your lights sit in the vent? Thanks!

F3 or F3-S Tail Tidy - anyone seen or know of one? Does one exist?

I looked hard at this after I measured and saw it was the proper height. My concern was the movement while riding. The radar states to be 10 degrees from level, and what if the rear was in compression and the angle all messed up and not able to function? Low risk, for sure, but I decided...

F3 or F3-S Tail Tidy - anyone seen or know of one? Does one exist?

I was wanting to share the progress on my F3-S. Everything found a home and after HOURS of design and engineering and manufacturing, I am 90% complete. I have a short "punch list" of things to check off before final assembly and a good detail of my Spyder before putting it on the road. First...

You knew it had to come - there's a Chinese Spyder!

    That doesn't look half bad.......

Anyone have an idea about why my Tail-Lights are Staying on?

Hopefully it turns out to be the brake lights and the recall will take of that. If it's not the brake lights, then you are looking at a possible control circuit issue, relay, or short to 12V (bad!!). I have a hunch that if it were not the brake lights, then you would have also noticed marker...

TricLED Vent Lights - anyone have issues with them?

I was hoping not to have to go into this.... lol The changes from 2015 to 2023 were very minor. Regarding this kit specifically, the panels this kit mounts to did not change from 2015-2023. I'd almost be willing to bet they are even the same part number. SlingMods markets this kit for the...

TricLED Vent Lights - anyone have issues with them?

As the title states, has anyone had any issues with the product below? https://www.slingmods.com/can-am-spyder-f3-amber-side-vent-daytime-running-light-strips-turn-signals?search=vent%20lights I have an active case with SlingMod's customer support, as my order does not appear to fit my...

Can Am paint shows marks - any advice on removing them?

Put me in the same boat as you all.... The piano black paint on my 2023 Manta Green is better than some but disappointing for band new bike. I'm wondering if its being damaged when they are uncrated and 'set up' or cleaned at the dealer for sale. I'm not 100% convinced it's BRP's quality. I...

F3 or F3-S Tail Tidy - anyone seen or know of one? Does one exist?

I was just getting back to this project. :D My new Spyder (yes it's still new as it has not left my garage since I bought it late last year. It still has the 20 miles on the odometer it took me to ride it home.) I am determined to get it on the road in the next week. I have installed the...

How easy is it to replace Mode and Parking buttons? The print on 2019 RTL has gone!

I had my left-hand assembly out a while back to install OEM heated grips, and if I recall correctly, the switches were/would be very hard to replace. Most, if not all, are embedded in an epoxy of sorts, presumably to make them waterproof. It looked very well made and protected, but not very DYI...

Anyone installed this Motorcycle Car Play Unit or similar on 2020+ RT or F3?

I would like to find one that just does Android Auto and does it WELL. I don't need front and rear cameras (I have that), all the fancy trip stuff and other features I already have or don't need. I want installing to be easy, just power. All GPS and stuff is internal to the device. No one...
