• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anybody heard any rumors on the 2025 Spyder Models? New line-up released!

There you go the end all to what 2025 will bring..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0WQFGA--O4&ab_channel=AutoPilot  (FYI, this is totally fake IMO, but it fit the thread.) :joke:

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I did something totally off the beaten path for my Spyder... I drove it for the first time since I bought it new last year and rode it home to have it sit in my garage until this morning... :ohyea: It's totally different than my two-wheel motorcycle... both good AND bad... but I love it! What...

Can the heated grips & fog light pushbuttons be changed for toggle switches?

I recently added two more push buttons, so I had the cover off. There is a fair amount of real-estate under the switch bezel, but you would need to be careful on the location and depth as the tolerances are fairly tight, especially around the key cylinder and antenna assembly. Measure 10x, cut...

2022 F3S left mirror fell off overnight in the garage

As what may not be clear in this thread is that there is a recall on the mirrors. I am waiting on my dealer to let me know when mine are in. A lot of the posts seem to be referencing a kit not designed for the F3 or F3S. I'd call the dealer, this looks like a warranty issue, pure and simple...

HowTo: Vent Lights - DIY for Less!!

I'm surprised there aren't a lot of other companies selling more kits. The few I notice seem to be the same thing only rebranded. Thanks! I've learned that if you attach a specific title to a part, it makes it more expensive. For example: All the below can be the exact same thing, just...

    Long signature blocks - request

LOL, of course the "offenders" will see no issues.... :D and I guess if the majority decides there should be no limits then that's how it will be. I wonder what the moderators think, as ultimately they will decide what changes to make. I want to be politically correct and don't want to...

What are you using for a keyring?

The link is still valid, but the verbiage states this is for years up to 2018. Has this been used on a 2020+ model? (mine is a 2023)

What's the best way to view this forum on an iPhone?

The biggest issue with viewing on a cell phone is the number long signature blocks that make scrolling forum threads a chore. Signature blocks should be limited to help maintain focus on content. As is, it seems like one of those websites where every other line is an ad trying to sell you...

    Long signature blocks - request

I like a good signature block but come on! :dontknow: Some signature blocks are so long I have to scroll down nearly a full page to get to the next post! This is terrible on a laptop and even worse if on a phone. I get it; people are proud of their rides, their trips, clubs etc. but can we...

    HowTo: Remote Garage Door Opener

Where did you get the 12VDc to power this? This seems like more of a pain than just relying on the remote battery. (mine typically last over a year ) I like how you think though... :2thumbs:

Here's how to Add on LEDs

Videos like that drive me nuts. I don't want to sit there and listen to someone ramble on while riding.... drives me nuts. :banghead:

HowTo: Vent Lights - DIY for Less!!

If anyone is electrically savvy, and wants to add some slick lighting to their F3 or F3-S, or just curious - read on! :coffee: I started a thread here with my concerns over how the "standard for vent lights" come from TricLED's and that they do not fit as portrayed: Install video...

When, if ever, was a belt dampener factory-installed on F3?

My NA 2023 F3-S came with one, if anyone is taking notes.

'24 F3 Customer Accessory Circuits don't match manual - splice into them or... ??

You may need to look a bit deeper. On my 2023 F3-S, the frunk accessory circuit was almost "outside" the frunk area, in fact I think I see the white paper label in your image. Mine was wire-tied to a harness and somewhat of a PIA to free up and pull into the frunk. It also was not very long. I...

Unused OEM connectors - Anyone know what these connectors are used for?

A quick update for anyone reading this in the future...the GPS2 connector has 12vdc when the key is turned to the ON position and the motor not running. When you turn the key to the OFF position power is maintained for several seconds. I have not mapped the Spyder F3-S electrical circuit yet...

TricLED Vent Lights - anyone have issues with them?

I was getting impressed, but when I saw the $35 price was for the LED strips only, and you have to buy a $60 wiring kit to make it plug and play, I was rolling my eyes. Those connectors and wires are pennies, the modules are a few bucks, the LED's are a few dollars. All in, there's maybe $10...

Instrument Cluster Screen Protector - Does one exist?

Does anyone have a screen protector for their Spyder LCD display? I'm late in asking this as I had the cluster out of my F3-S a week ago when sitting it on a table and getting a nice clean protector straight on install would have been possible. :( I know it's not a touch screen but a nice...

Anyone found a decent Speaker Package to fit 2024 F3S?

Anytime a manufacturer makes changes, 3rd party accessory suppliers are sent back to the drawing board to re-invent/redesign. I'm not sure, but I don't see BRP sending out new Spyder's or suppling 3D CAD models to these 3rd party manufacturers (Like some cell phones manufacturers do for things...
