• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    My 4 Three Wheelers

My question as well. I don't see as well as I once did but I can only see one. But it does remind me of an incident some years ago. I was attending a military equipment manufacturers extravaganza and stopped at an impressive Northrop Grumman booth to hear the latest regarding the B-2 Spirit...

Garmin Zumo GPS where to mount?

This past spring I mounted a Garmin 396 on my wife's 2021 Sea to Sky using, as I recall, Lamonster's bar center mounting bracket and some RAM bits I had in my parts box. It's the same mounting method as the Garmin 396 I mounted on my 2015 RT-S and it's served me well for quite a while. My...

    Tire Pressure

If I read Mike's post correctly he recommended 18-19 psi at the rear if using an auto tire. OEM rear tire pressures you mentioned are appropriate.

    How old are you?

We Texans seem to be a bunch of senior seniors - 76 here and still riding both two and three wheels. Started riding in 1963 and I've been fortunate enough to have ridden throughout most of western Europe and a short time in Turkey, though I have to admit those days were a few decades ago. My...

    F3 Limited vs RT

We appreciate being able to haul stuff with us when we travel so we appreciate the luggage capacity of the RT. We can carry what we need for multi-week trips and still have room for the trinkets we manage to find along the way. For local day trips, both at home and wherever we might stay for a...

    Wide View Convex Side Mirrors

We have similar versions on our RT-S and RTL and they're a top priority addition in our opinion.

Well, how is you day going?

Wow! My day didn't begin anywhere near as exciting as yours but I'm facing three hours in the dentist's chair later today and my wife is visiting her sister today, some 200 miles away, so I won't even have anyone to show sympathy! Still, I shouldn't complain I suppose and i should be thankful...

New 2021 Canam Spyder RT-LTD-Sea and Sky

Congratulations from another satisfied Sea to Sky owner. Actually it's my wife's but she lets me ride it now and again. Don't tell her but I'm very happy with my 2015 RT-S even though hers is much sleeker looking, and the rear trunk is more useful.

    Contact with I-Motorsports

When we went hunting for a 2021 Sea to Sky we couldn't find any locally so we contacted iMotorsports. Our exchange vehicle was a 2012 RT-S with just under 42,000 miles. We sent them the VIN and something like 10 photos to show it's very nice condition and assorted farkles. Their offer was...

    V-twin semi-auto vs. triple semi-auto

We've owned one of each - a 2012 RTL SE5 twin and a 2015 RT-S SE6 triple. The twin has been reliable and fun to ride if you enjoy high revving engines, although fuel mileage isn't as good as the triple. On long tours, we (wife I should say because the twin was hers) found the twin can be...

Got some photos of my new 2021 Ryker 900 yesterday. Figured I'd share!

Excellent! The Full Stealth model and it looks great.

Problem installing show chrome backrest 2020 rt limited

I faced the same problem with my wife's 2021 Sea to Sky. Tugging harder eventually worked and the bracket slipped into place. It was a little unnerving but it did work and so all is well.

Best Video for replacing seat on 2016 RT

Absolutely - stuff a cloth into the space beneath the two rear mounting points. Removing the nut and bolt combination isn't difficult but if you're not careful a nut, or one or both of the metal sleeves through which the bolts are inserted, will fall into the black hole. This I know from first...

    Just hit my first dog

I thought the same thing for a moment before smiling. Reminds me of a conversation I had with my wife some years ago. I had gone to Maine without her. She was helping take care of her ailing father and would follow later. When I called, she asked if I had seen any moose. My reply was, "Yes I...

Anyone else had issues with hearing aids & helmet intercomm?

Same here. Early in my hearing aid journey I had one pop out while removing my helmet and it took forever to find it. I no longer wear them while riding and have no trouble communicating with my wife or hearing music.

in search of Full length Floor boards?

Gosh, if we had seen your post several weeks ago we could have removed the seal floor boards from my wife's 2012 RTS and re-installed the OEM foot pegs before we exchanged for her 2021 Sea to Sky. We both liked the Seals very much and were sorry to hear the company closed its doors some time...

Fat tires need to be shown off

And off the bike people will be able to tell the width of your rear tire by the width of the strip up the back of your jacket! Why not?!

My inner youth is calling me ...

My first reaction was the red and white version but the longer I looked at both the more I like the green - it says, "Look at me. Even though I'm small I'm pretty cool." And, if you get the green, lots of people will likely mistake it for a Kawasaki. You can smile at their mistake!
