• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

998 Oil Filter cover stripped bolt

I was the one who recommended that repair, and would still stand by that recommendation and would have no issues doing it to my own spyder. The catch is that the repair has to be done correctly. Botch it up and the cover will come loose....Obviously. Good luck! I don't see any reason that...

    D P S Llight is on

Try disconnecting the battery and letting it sit a bit. Then connect everything back up. Make sure the bolts are tight. See if the light resets from there. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

Is this normal for a front Pulley/Sprocket?

I'd swap that bolt ASAP, torque to spec and mark it. It's like $10 It could be a faulty made bolt, but could also be twisted, or beginning to shear. It's no good any way you look at it. If it still wobbles, then you know you've got bigger problems, but I'd start with the bolt. Sent from my...

    What is it worth?

IMHO your ad is too long, drop the story. Stick to bullet point specific details. An ad that says "thinking about selling" "don't have to sell" are wishy washy. Return it back to as close to stock as your comfortable doing and sell the extras separate, adjust the price accordingly to appeal...

    Thinking about a two wheeler

Cheap, light, and low on power. Look for something with an upright seating position with your legs under you and sitting upright. Avoid sport bikes you have to lean over and cruisers with forward controls. Dual sport bikes and adventure touring bikes are great to learn on. They are...

    998cc VS 1330cc engines

The OP wasn't asking a question. He was stating his opinion about initially being disappointed with the 1330 vs the 998. It wasn't all its made out to be. Then all the 1330 zombies lost their minds. [emoji33] [emoji23] Sent from my Venue 8 3830 using Tapatalk

    998cc VS 1330cc engines

Yes make fun, I really did get passed by a Rukus....😁. Later, I got passed by one of the local track junkies that borrowed my son's KLR. He just had to turn the screws to show me how slow I really am. I don't have the stones to ride like some of these guys, but it's amazing what you can...

    998cc VS 1330cc engines

Glad you think your a good rider...Whatever....Again, you didn't read what I posted. I'll say it again, maybe better. The RS can be ridden harder and faster than the F3 if you know what your doing. The F3 is easier to ride....Especially if you "think" you know what your doing....or not. I...

Lol...Whatever you say, good for you...[emoji106] [emoji85] sounds more like you've never ridden with some really good riders... And I'll save you the time of the next post because, no I'm not claiming Im one of those riders. But I have ridden with some very good riders, ridden their machines...

    998cc VS 1330cc engines

We've "played" on multiple rides and swapped back and forth several times. Nobody is going to argue that the 1330 puts down more power than a stock 998. It better.... The difference we've found is simply weight. With similar sized riders on both, the RS is faster, especially the first gen...
