• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My 2014 Spyder RT won’t go into Reverse when warmed up. Works fine when cold. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

Does the engine try to rev just a bit when R is pushed? There is a minimum rpm & it will try get there; also, don’t forget you need to have the brake pedal pressed, not just the P brake selected.

Something handy - Harbor Freight Headlamp

Harbor Freight’s Braun 1000 Lumen slim Headlamp USB-C rechargeable (therefor solar capable) Bright wide hands free beam; and a bonus - it has a USB-C cord to the light strip, so if you disconnect the light, you can use the removable battery & connection as a USB-C corded powerbank.

Had to look up cross-body bag, always heard them as “sling bag”, “1-arm back pack”, & such. Better than a fanny pack & marginally more space. Handy on the longer trips with no onboard storage (pre Spyder). I had a decent smaller Swiss army pack that held sunblock & hydration. Traded it for a...

Any Suggestions for new Riding Footwear?

Similar but different time of rotation into spares & then there are the days at home with optional foot wear if at all. Various “tactical “ boots with the zipper. Bates brand has been ok averaging a year or so without rotations. Over ankle support not much room for boot knife, not quite hiking...

Need help/instructions for doing a Header wrap on my F3 - anyone?

Did a four wheeler once, using a pre measured & cut to fit kit. Soak it in a 5 gallon bucket of water to reduce the amount of fiber dust & splinters. Doesn’t have to marinate, just a good soak of the strips while attempting another. Keeping them taut with wet hands can be tricky & it does shrink...
