• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Outer edge wear on right tire only

QuadRAGIN, I just had mine checked at a dealer in Chandler, mine was fine and still had to pay the fee quoted, but peace of mind is worth a lot to me! Tech understands/was trained on the Rolo Lazer machine. I would check with them.

What needs to come off to fit Lamonster belt tensioner?

I agree with RayBJ. I watched the video on YouTube, explains all panels but big black one. Also, taking off driver and passenger floorboards make it all easier. Big black panel has about 3 screws, one in front of saddle bag, the rest are push pins. Just take your time and watch where things go...

    Shop Rates! Wow!

I had my bike at a shop in Arizona last week for a laser alignment. Found my bike was not out of align, and all looked good. Still had to pay the alignment because tech did take a look! Not what I’m venting about, looked at the “Shop Rate” sign, $180.00 per hour! Wow! Can not believe that...

Where can I get a Belt Tensioner for an ST(s)?

Please try the above advice before installing tensioner, but if you do install one, use the new one from LaMonster, a sponsor on this site. Good luck.

What's the suggestion for Adding Cruise Control to an F3?

Please check out how to install cruise posts. Should be one that gives you an overview! I did one on a 2020 base F3, plug and play! I removed complete top panel/ nose of bike, including speedometer. Took my time when removing and installing new end of cable, very tight fit if you use OEM path...

2021 RT Limited BajaRon Sway Bar - DEFINITELY WORTH IT

I have a 2021 RT Limited with 5,600 miles on it. I have replaced front tires with Vredestein Q5’s all around. I decided to replace sway bar today with Baja Ron’s set. Was easier on the 2021 RTL than my 2010 RT! About two hours, taking my time! Test drive was on a very windy day, so that effected...

what improvements were made to 2020 RT Limited in the 2021 and 2022 years?

I have a 2021 RTL and had mirror vibrations right away, clips were not in correctly! Installed mirror lock set from LaMonster, fixed the issue forever! Also installed his new belt tensioner and will upgrade sway bar next week. Oh, also replaced all the Kenda tires with Vredestein Q5’s. Very...

    Rear tire balancing? How crucial?

Thanks Partzman23 and BLUEKNIGHT911; I had the bike out today, all lights reset! Makes sense about having rear tire up and running while front setting still. All good to enjoy the warmer weather…

WTF? Can't find anyone to mount my new Quadtrac tires!

IdahoMtnSpyder; Thanks for bringing us back to the real issue from first post! Rider wanting a place that would complete the work, not how to do it! Would be nice if he could find a fellow Spyder owner that could help! All you can do is keep looking or settle for a Kenda Kanine!

WTF? Can't find anyone to mount my new Quadtrac tires!

I found a place to change the rear tire on my 2021 RTL (not a dealer of course), he is 100 miles from me and wanted $150.00+ to do the job! Had him change a tire on my 2020 F3 but the cost has gone up! So took my time and watched all videos I could find and did it myself this week. Took me about...

    Rear hub, what to remove?

I was able to remove the rear tire without touching the adjusters (used duck tape to hold them in place). Walked the belt off, removed the brake rotor and pulley, had tire changed. On reinstalling, I made the mistake of putting belt back on before I installed the axle! Took a lot of wasted time...

    Rear tire balancing? How crucial?

Thanks for everyone’s reply’s! Will try and get back to bike today and adjust the belt and torque axle nut to specs! Snowed again here in Western NM, so no riding for a couple of days! Ok, adding to post, was able to loosen axle and adjust belt. Had rear tire off the ground and stable, started...

2021 RT Ltd has a different idler roller

I would return the roller back to LaMonster and wait for them to come out with a new design! You have the new one on your bike from BRP, should last awhile. Just my thought…

    Rear tire balancing? How crucial?

Is there a way to visually make sure the axle is straight? Maybe a way to measure each side from axle to end caps? Wish they had adjusters with marks like many other manufacturers do! Thanks for any input, just wanting to make sure axle is straight! My OCD working against me!

    Rear tire balancing? How crucial?

BLUEKNIGHT911; I put duck tape on the end caps/adjusters to hold them in place before removing the axle. Agree with not bending axle, only had one hole for cotter pin, drilled it through, funny new bike did not have it installed? Anyway, going to loosen nut and use a 2x4 to push left side of...

    Rear tire balancing? How crucial?

Okay, installed the rear Vredestein on my 2021 RTL today. Learned a lot, found that installing belt before you get axle in caused me a bunch of time! Should have walked belt on like I watched on a video, but finally got axle in. Now, my concern is about the axle being straight? Does it have much...
