• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Will a 2024 Sea to Sky let me navigate via my Samsung phone?

Yes, you can link your Samsung phone via bluetooth to the 2024 bike. You cannot display the google maps on the bike display as it only supports Apple.

New main computer, odometer reset to Zero - any way to reset to show proper milage?

Milage is stored in the instrument cluster, not the ECU. None the less, its not programmable and when replaced starts at zero. You can obtain a letter from the dealer with the miles when replaced but your title (or odo statement when sold) will just show that its not the correct milage. It...

What do you think of the 'New for 2025 - Spyder Canyon'?

Canyon has the smaller 79t rear sprocket. ONLY the F3S gets the larger one.

What do you think of the 'New for 2025 - Spyder Canyon'?

10 inches of suspension travel. 6 inches of ground clearance.

Has anybody heard any rumors on the 2025 Spyder Models? New line-up released!

The Canyon offers 10" of suspension travel, not 10" of clearance. Not a fan of the sport riding position with your feet bent back under you that the new Canyon has. It's like the old RS. Very uncomfortable.

Has anybody heard any rumors on the 2025 Spyder Models? New line-up released!

BIG NEWS! They dropped Kenda tires across the line. Now we get private label Chinese tires instead.

What do you think of the 'New for 2025 - Spyder Canyon'?

Great, a new Spyder that LOOKS like an adventure bike but cannot actually operate off road or even on gravel. BRP really does think its customers are downright stupid. Oh, and at a price 2x of a Ryker Rallye that CAN actually drive a gravel road. It's all posted on the Can Am site. Don't get...

Has anybody heard any rumors on the 2025 Spyder Models? New line-up released!

Few different color combos, a couple minor features changes and not much else. BRP was pretty adamant that new Spyder designs or drivetrains would not be coming until after they get the electric bikes and trikes to market. So not much coming until 27 or later.....Unless you want a 50 mile...

Apple Car Play download initially failed! NOW Finally available....

Has anyone seen a wireless adaptor that displays Android Auto on an Apple CarPlay system like this? I have been told they exist and keep seeing references to them in the Harley forums that have the same limitation (CP but no AA). If anyone knows of one, please post up. Thanks.

How to disable DESS using BUDS? Any Step-by-Step Procedures?

BUDS, you'll need the Megatech license version. BUDS2, you'll need the Megatronic license version Either way, it's the top license for each that is required. BUDS handles 2008 thru 2017; BUDS2 handles 2017 and newer. Yes, there is some overlap between the two versions. Also one other myth...

Rear wheel removal - can't get the brake caliper off or remove axle - help??

You need to remove all tension from the belt on the rear axle before you can easily slide it out. Usually that means remove the lower shock bolt and allow the swing arm to lower and the belt looses all tension and slides off the sprocket easily.

Anyone had Front Wheel Bearings wear out?

Thanks Ron. I am leaning toward if they are not loose, just let them ride. I replaced the rears at 50k and will likely do those again at 100 but seems if the failure rate on the fronts are this low that no one sees them fail, my odds are pretty good leaving them be if they show no signs of...

Anyone had Front Wheel Bearings wear out?

Question for the collective Spyder community. Has anyone had a set of front wheel bearings wear out on a 2013 and newer Spyder? If so, how many miles? I work on a lot of Spyders and have yet to come across one with front bearings needing replacement. Rears yes, but never fronts. My own bike...

Just a silly question - do all F3's have Cruise &/or BRP Go?

All F3S models have cruise control. ONLY the base model does not.

    Review: BRP Go! is going...going...GONE!!

I disagree. BRP GO is an in house developed piece of garbage. Other manufactures have successfully implemented the industry standards Android Auto and Apple Car Play and they work very well indeed. Across many makes. Harley for one went this route as have most auto manufactures. BRP could...

What is the latest & greatest 2014 RT Rear Tire?

The ratings are relative scores against other tires tested in the same category. They are not stand alone measurements. The numbers cannot be directly compared between categories. Taken to an extreme, if what you are proposing were true, then a narrow all season truck tire vastly out performs...

What is the latest & greatest 2014 RT Rear Tire?

Because the numbers game is not a fair comparison. You are comparing apples to wing nuts using amazon ratings numbers.

What is the latest & greatest 2014 RT Rear Tire?

You cannot compare the ratings at tire rack between those two tires. The ADVAN is in Ultra Performance Summer Tire category and the Quatracs is a touring all season. The ratings can only be compared with tires in the same category. IE a performance tire with lower traction rating can still...
