• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Shift lever stripped out..... again! What's causing it to re occur?

Use some green loctite that stuff needs heat to remove the part. So it would lock it to the shaft and shifter splines.

Shift lever stripped out..... again! What's causing it to re occur?

So the ass end of the bike goes side to side like a fish on this setup? I know the wheels/tires are strapped to the dolly, but what stop it from to the fish tail? Or maybe I am over thinking it a bit? :dontknow:

Shift lever stripped out..... again! What's causing it to re occur?

I would think you would have to lock the steering if using a car dolly.

Shift lever stripped out..... again! What's causing it to re occur?

I am picturing one like on the Harley. The dam bolt would loosen up over time and cause the lever to get loose on the splines. Now just guessing yours is about the same. Make sure the bolt that you tighten to the splines is tight and use some thread locker. You don't want any movement on the...

Anyone replaced OEM RT-622 trailer tires? What with??

Oh Boy. Hope this does not turn into a mess. But these are a Kenda Tire. You could just get the same tire. Or another 4.80 x12 tire will work. Good Luck

Anyone had their Rear shock leak oil??

Yes I am sure if the nuts fell off or was never installed it would come out or do some damage to the shock and mount. This is the first I have ever heard of this happening on a spyder.

Anyone had their Rear shock leak oil??

I have a M2 shock that has been working very well so far. In fact the compressor is still hooked up but system has no air in it and compressor never cycles anymore. So the shock is doing its job.. First I ever heard of the rear shock bolt backing out.

Get a Battery Jump Start Port or a Power Brick?

I bought a HF jump pack. And have a NOCO jump pack. One or the other will work on the Spyder. Don't plan on using it unless the need arises. Get whatever you think you need.

What is MotoBatt 12V AGM Battery like for my F3?

Since my OEM original battery is in its 9th season and still working , I recently bought a Batteries Plus AGM battery. (extreme) It had a 1Year warranty and had the same specs as the Yuasa battery. So I went and picked it up and had them test it. Over 13 VDC and 400 Cranking amps. Now keep in...

Parasitic battery drain on an RT - could it be the Park Brake?

Not as long as the relay is not powered up. So battery power is not used once the bike is turned off. And its on the same circuit as the windshield motor I just starting my 9th season on my original battery and starts up /runs great.

Outside Air Temperature Sensor reads high - Why? Any fixes?

You could move the sensor but see no need to do that . As mentioned by Peter it is also used by the ECU . Just ignore the temp reading and ride more.
