• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

1330cc How fast can I safely run my F3 for how long?

So true. We carried my previous bike on a lift on the back of our motorhome visiting 28 states in just under 3 years. First time I rode the freeway near the Space Coast of Florida, I came up with the saying that should be on Florida License plates. It's a bit longer than The Sunshine State...

What should I look for in a mesh jacket? Any Pros & Cons?

If you want something more casual, check out Skull Riderz Road Armor Air Rider armored mesh shirt. It resembles a flannel shirt which may seem to contradict typical hot weather fashion. The material is soft and flexible. When things are really hot, a mesh jacket can be paired with a cooling...

Looking for a male connector to fit this? Need to charge GPS!

2 x on something not being right since all electrical roads lead to the battery, even switched ones. The advantage of a switched connection is to prevent parasitic drain when the key is off and the bike parked. A direct connection to the battery should work. Just about any auto parts store will...

Bright Headlights Daytime Yes or No

Nope, never in the daytime, although my last two bikes I've always had accessory lighting because of an experience I had many years ago while driving in my car right around dusk. I was preparing to change lanes, checked my mirrors, and looked over my shoulder. Saw the car in the next lane was...

Review: New (in November) '23 Sea2Sky, First 3100 Mile Ride

The West Coast is stunning in/on any vehicle. You ended up in an area I spent many a summer riding around. If you encountered any grooves in the pavement, they're probably from me. One of my favorite roads started on hwy 1 just north of Bodega Bay, went over the hills and ended up near Petaluma...

You knew it had to come - there's a Chinese Spyder!

If you do a search for the X-wedge, and end up on their website, 58moto, there's other models. One of which, looks very Spyder-like. Then there's this beast - :yikes: Definitely a conversation starter. And the best part is, you don't even need to swerve or stop, if there's a cow in the...

Hello All - Stay Hydrated & Ride Safe in all this Heat - Here's my F3-T

Good advice. My new to me RTL came with a cup holder and an insulated tumbler with a straw. Ordered one for the passenger grip too. We live west of Phoenix where it gets hot enough to melt lead in the summers. One thing quickly I learned with riding in summer weather is the dry wind will...

Button, button, who's got the button? Lost the Turn Signal Button!

Hello everyone. 1st post here.... A few days ago, I picked up a pristine 2020 RTL that has one tiny flaw - the button cap of the turn signal switch is missing. In my pre-purchase research lurking on this forum, I found reference to an improved 3-d printed replacement in a thread from last...

Hey Ya'll We Got A New Member! Lets welcome AstroTom to SL

1st post. Good to be here. Looking forward to being a part of this community. Just picked up a beautiful red and black 2020 RTL - my first experience with three wheels after 55 years on two. WOW! What a difference, but after only 24 hours I'm getting the feeling of the bike, and I no longer...
