• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Oregon Dealers

SK SK Northwest - Purchased my 08 GS M5 from them and have had great service from day one. They normally have the parts I need in stock - if not it is only a matter of days before I receive them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have always tried to accommodate my needs and get me...

Spyder RS with the Touring Package

solo and 2 up Love my 08 GS. Yes, you will need to add some mods to make the RS tour comfortable but when you are done you'll have 2 in 1. I ride solo most of the time and remove the saddel bags, touring windshield, extended passenger foot pegs etc. Time to tour -outfit it for 2 and load up!

    KEWL METAL HIGHWAY PEGS

We love the pegs. I have a custom shifter lever so I can both down and up shift with the heel of by boot without moving my foot from the peg. Works great. Also have a set of the same pegs mounted to custom brackets for the wife. Makes it great for 2-up touring.

    Snow and Ice

carry bleach Carry a can of spray bleach. If you get into a tough spot like a steep grade covered with ice and need to improve traction spray your tires with a healthy dose of bleach. The bleach will do 2 things - make your tires real sticky (hopefully long enough to get out of trouble) and...

It's great to have options. 62 years young. Love my 08 GS M5. The GS works for me because I like the option to go 2 up with the wife. We have toured all over the Northwest and BC togeher. I have added a lot of mods to make it comfortable but that is part of the fun. I also like riding solo when...

Rain! Another Reason to Love A Spyder

rain and more rain Stability on wet roads was one of the primary reasons I bought my spyder in the first place. When you live in western Oregon if you don't ride in the rain you will only ride in the summer - if we have one.

    Givi V35 Locked on Spyder

BRP/Givi bags I have the BRP/Givi system. I always have to push against the bag with my leg and push down on the release button. This is still the case even after using dry lube. However, I still like the bags and mounting system.
