• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Maxxis MA-Z4S Victra Tires

I decided to try the Maxxis tire and had it installed last week. Went for a 300 mile ride Sunday and so far so good. It held the road great, no noise, comfortable ride and got caught in a down pour and no problems with losing grip. I will update later after more miles and see how it is still...

    Missing Air Dam Experience

:agree: We rode 300 miles in heat and humidity around Houston and Galveston on Sunday and I do believe it does what is advertised, keeping the engine cooler at speed, and I don't think it makes the engine run hotter driving in town. However, I think you do get more heat on your right leg because...

    Maxxis MA-Z4S Victra Tires

I am in the market for a new back tire. I have read opinions on the Toyo's, Kuhmo's, Yokohama's, G force's, and Nitto's. There aren't a lot of choices in our exact rear tire size and I am covering all my basis in making a decision. I came across these tires and didn't know if anyone was...

    Hot Weather Gear

Under Armour heatgear skull cap 2 Makes a difference on your head under your helmet. Mainly used by football players, it pulls the heat and moisture from your head. You can feel a difference just wearing it around the house without a helmet. Had to try it out first ;)

    Spyder Airbox

Once you disconnect the hose on the upper right corner, you can wiggle it out. I had oil seeping where they join also and there is a small hole in the bottom of the box it will drip out of.

This might slow or stop oil to air box

I tried a piece from a foam filter for a lawn mower and I guess it wasn't coarse enough. It wouldn't let enough air through it at high RPMs causing back pressure and the clutch would slip. I could pull the foam out and everything would be fine again. Put it back in and slippage. Whatever works...

    Power Steering Fuses

I had intermittant powersteering issues after the first update. I would get the periodic check dps scrolling and the loss of powersteering. As others have said a low speeds it requires quite a bit of effort to steer but at highway speeds you really can't tell a difference. I took it to my...

    Spyder Loyalty

Does that mean we shoudn't ride along the coast either? The salt from the ocean on the roads after a rain can be pretty nasty. I feel my world is shrinking. Now I can only ride in certain areas under certain conditions or my spyder will melt.:joke:
