• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder mods after a back injury

I am a paraplegic at T5 and have mid back pain all the time and the best thing I have found is a 8" wide neoprene strap that is typically used on the lower back and I put it at the the t3 thru t7 range and find it makes a long ride enjoyable vs one where I am gritting my teeth at the end looking...

    Question on ISCI Handbrake

I use the ISCI as my only brake (I am a paraplegic) and while it works well, it needs most all of the pull to be effective. It does not give the same braking as the foot pedal (does not depress pedal as far as when it is stepped on) without it being adjusted perfectly. ISCI's service is great...

    Brake Adjust

So on my 2014 ST-S with the ISCI Hand Brake (my only means of stopping) had become very slow to stop with no bite whatsoever. So I decided that the old pads and or rotors were not sufficient. Bought some ENB Sintered Pads and Rotors from Baja Ron and put them on( easy process by the way ) the...

    Nylon Saddlebags

I use one similar to the first one you had a link to. It works ok but is far from perfect, but on a budget it gets the job done. I mounted it under the seat and pinched under the Smooth Spyder Backrest mount to keep from sliding. Been on there for 5k and it has been solid so far with no...

    feeling unstable

The stability is even better as a paraplegic. The greatest help was the laser alignment as then I could focus on me and not fight the bike. Just put on many miles it gets better.
