• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Are floorboards worth the extra $$?

I had ISCI on my 2010 RTS when I bought it. Took those off and put on the Seals. Great purchase in my opinion. Lots of room to move my feet around. Great customer service as well. The way the deluxe version is set up, it's like having highway pegs too. I can still run over two wheelers in the...

    Riding in the rain

Look into beadrider seats. They provide good airflow on warm days, and keeps your rear out of the puddle in your seat. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

Should I be concerned about Seal Floorboards flexing?

I have Seal floorboards on my 2010 RTS, and I love them. I love being able to move my feet around. Great investment in my opinion. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

    Nice Curves

I definitely agree that more miles under your belt will help, but one technique that helps me in tighter turns is the COW technique. COW stands for Chin Over Wrist. I picked that up in the Advanced Riders Course through MSF. If you're turning right, put your chin over your right wrist. Lean into...

    Georgia licensing requirements

If you have never done two wheels, I would go through a two wheel course for licensing, then go take the three wheel course. It's an excellent class, and you really get to feel your Spyder out in a controlled environment. I rode from the very southeast corner of GA to Alpharetta for it, and I'm...

    Leaving for Florida Tomorrow

Stay dry. I'm in middle GA right now, and we've had about 9 inches of rain since last night. Creeks are flooded and roads are extremely wet. Had a tornado touch down several miles away. Have fun, but take precautions. I'll be heading to Valdosta via I 75 around 7 AM. tomorrow. If you need...

    Traveling to Forida

I usually plug in my destination in Google Maps and set my route options to avoid hwys, tolls, and ferries, and go where it tells me. Have gotten to see some pretty cool places that I would have otherwise missed. Looking at your starting and ending point, it looks to be about a 14 hour ride...

changing from two wheels to three

I went from two wheels to three back in July. Absolutely one of the best decisions in my life. Cornering is definitely different, but is more fun to me now because of how much safer I feel. I was in the mountains this past October with a group on two wheels. I had to hit the brakes to keep from...

    998 ENGINE HEAD GASKETS

I have leaking gaskets on my 2010 RTS. Taking mine to a forum member to work on. He discovered it at the last oil change. That was at around 20K miles. Still been riding it, just checking oil frequently. I can smell it after a ride. Keep us posted if you get anywhere with BRP.

Any Spyder ryders in SE GA?

I'll be heading through Dublin Friday on my way to Toccoa for a Knights of Columbus event. Anybody on here a Knight? I'll wave as I pass through Dublin. Ryde safe!
