• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I go along with the Tim Taylor philosophy. "More power!":spyder2: My wife is the Spider owner in our family. I own a 2008 Goldwing with trailer that we have done all of our long trips with. If the 2014 RT-Ltd turns out to be what I think it will be, I plan to sell the GW and travel on the Spyder...

    Fuel economy

    Bigger engine combined with the six speed overdrive transmission allows cruising at lower rpm's. That's how ithe 2014 RT gets better mpg. Around town it may not be better. Could be worse, depending upon your riding technique. Looking forward to seeing for myself! :yes:

    Going to hold off a little longer. We have about an inch of snow on the ground today, but it's supposed to be back up in the 50's by the weekend. I do need to make sure my snow blower is ready for duty though!:pray:
