• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Issues for 2014 RT's over 75,000 miles?

My 1st Spyder I put 36000 miles on, and my current F3 has 30,000 - so I guess I've got 66,000, and I'm still going strong too! :ohyea:

    Issues for 2014 RT's over 75,000 miles?

Good morning! A friend of mine is considering buying an RT from another friend of mine. The Spyder is a 2014 RT and has over 75,000 miles. It has been impeccably maintained, garage kept etc. What issues have you run into for the higher mileage Spyders? It has the 1330 engine, se6... This...

Good morning Spyder lovers!! I'm volunteering at the Telluride Bluegrass festival this June, and am looking for a place to stay. I live near Lyons and and can offer a guest room and a sofa if anyone wants to come out for the sister festival at Planet Bluegrass in Lyons. Your place doesn't have...

    Can Am Logo Bubbling

Hi - I did a search and didn't see this discussion out there, but then again... The Can Am logo on the hood of my F3 LTD is bubbling. No excessive heat or cold - it was under cover in a shed over the winter. Has anyone else had this? I know it's just a sticker, but it looks kinda crappy. Thanks!

    Possible new purchase

Loved my GS I had my GS for 3 riding seasons (I live in Colorado), put 33k miles on it. Make sure all the recalls have been done, especially the DPS unit (Dynamic Power Steering). I had to replace the coolant reservoir and it was no big deal. Ordered the new one online. At 35,000 I had to...

    The Pace

All great advice, Kaos! "Look there, go there" is a exceedingly important concept for any kind of riding. I did that once very badly on a Honda Shadow I had. I panicked and couldn't not look at the ditch I didn't want to go into. What happened? I rode into the ditch. And on your second note -...

    2016 F3-T...first impressions

Congrats on your F3! I've had mine for 4 months, 8k miles, and I can say the 'shortcomings' are minimal. I've felt the vibration, and have learned to ride around it without thought. My Shoei helmet fits fine in the frunk. I've compensated for the lack of storage by using Wolfman drybags for...

    The Pace

Hi Kaos - I've learned to put a lot of pressure on the outside peg, inside knee against the tank, inside shoulder in and down, outside arm extended and strong. Many times I enter a corner and expect it to be more than it is, so am surprised by how easily I can take it at the speed I'm at. How do...

    Spyder Sightings

Okay - I have a question. I see so many posts in this thread, and yet most are not answered. I've seen quite a few Spyders in my travels, whose riders I'd like to acknowledge and contact, but feel like I'll never get an acknowledgement. So...not being contrary, but what's the point?
