• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    ST gets no respect

Not really, most that buy RT's are only adding lighting, the ones that buy the RS, RSS and ST's are the ones spending more money on accessories, just sayin...LOL

    question for ST Limited owners

Come to the Dark Side I made the switch back in 2009, the Spyder is a fantastic machine and it's honestly not hard at all to transition between the two, a lot refer to the bike as being very similar to a quad or snowmobile, the best thing you can do is go test drive one, when you're finished...

    ST gets no respect

This thread is too funny, I know what you mean about accessories, there's not a lot out there for the ST's especially in the aftermarket, I'm still hunting an exhaust and don't want the tin can style muffler, there are some nice things out there that will work on the ST but are labeled for the...

    Updating my 2013 ST-Limited

    Updating my 2013 ST-Limited

New Panels My panels were ordered last Friday and will arrive at the dealership on Wednesday, BRP Care is still reviewing my claim to cover the cost, they have been somewhat difficult but I think the end result will end with the paying for the upgraded panels, all I can say is if they do, it...

    Updating my 2013 ST-Limited

I don't get it? I've been dealing with BRP Care for months and they don't want to accept the fact that they have a design flaw, I never said it was with all models, but the 2013 line up has some serious problems and if they're not willing to handle the problems, that's what the NHTSA is for, to...

    Updating my 2013 ST-Limited

I'm done dealing with BRP Care and the dealer is following the company line, just file your complaint here; https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/index.xhtml I think you will be surprised how fast the NHTSA moves when they get a complaint, they already have a hugh case against BRP and...

    New Side panels

New panels Interesting, it seems everyone is getting different prices on these kits, my local dealer quoted $333.99 per kit with tax included, so $667.98 for both and that's BRP's retail price, not what the dealer pays for them, I know I'll get a discount of 15% so I'll at least get $100 off...

    New Panels

I ordered mine through the dealer too, cost retail was $333.99 per kit, so $666.78 before my dealership discount which is usually 15%, so around $566.78, I still think this should be a BRP Warranty issue and I'm still fighting with BRP Care about covering the cost

    Updating my 2013 ST-Limited

The recall and service bulletins have all been completed on my ST-Limited, still have the boiling fuel which is no surprise after tearing the panels off and seeing the oven sized Cat under the fuel tank, I think for now that more air into the engine compartment will fix the issue

    Updating my 2013 ST-Limited

Exactly, I hope they will step up and pay for these under warrenty but I'm not planning on it, BRP Care has been emailing me once a day for the past two weeks, so far the only thing they keep referring to the Service Bulletin 2013-9, so I need to get my dealer to update the computer, once that's...

Thinking of putting Fox shocks on my wife's STL

You're welcome, if needed, you can put as many as two spring rubbers in each shock, one on top and one on bottom but I think one set will work for your wife and it's hard to beat the price, much cheaper than investing in shocks to prevent the bike from bottoming out, I was impressed with the...

    Updating my 2013 ST-Limited

I've never heard of it, all I know is I can't put my hand between the Cat and fuel tank, no room to put anything in there and the safety recall in September 2013 did add some insulation around the Evap Canister and I believe the bottom os the fuel tank, it's paper thin and no help.

    Updating my 2013 ST-Limited

That's good to know, I'm still going to do the CAT Delete or Bypass though, I don't like that being directly under my fuel tank and Lamont and Pitbull have done a fantastic job designing and distributing these to owners.
