• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Random thought for the day

Random thought the other day.
I overheard a comment: 'something' was a drag... so various thoughts fired off - all the many variations & uses of the word “drag”. From dragging ass; the song lyrics "dragging a line"; drag queen 🤮; taking a drag; waiting is such a drag; & so on... not as frequently heard now as it was, granted, but it's still in use.

Then there's Street Drag and Dragstrip and Dragster and on and on and on.....

That's funny right there!

My doc calls it 'white coat syndrome' and I have it! Every time I go in to see my doc for anything, my BP readings are high. Not super high but enough to take notice.

I told the doc that when I take these readings at home, the numbers are always good. Doc asked me about my BP test machine, gave him the info and he decided that it was good enough. He asked me to take my readings for a week and email him the results.

White coat syndrome for sure as all my readings were normal.
