• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone have a better version of Saddle bag latches?

l have a 2025 F3T, your bags look different, are they leather? What year is your F3T? l tried adding a couple pics of mine, but I couldn't get them to the thumbnail size. l found the tip below on this site, works like a charm now. Not sure if you're having the problem l did with them not locking, but l'm sure someone on here can help you.

I have always leaned my hip and thigh into the side of the saddlebag 'til I hear the click of positive engagement. Also check the adjustment of your latches on the cable that controls them. Just a small adjustment might make this all a non-issue.

It's a 2015.
No need for hip as it's the actual key part of the latches, they look to be the same as what you'd find on an office desk drawer other than the actual hook part. Very chinzy feeling when you insert the key even tho I hit 'em with powdered graphite. No cable, direct you turn the key the hook turns.

If you use the 'Attach Files' button that's below the Post Reply/Quick Reply text entry field, and then follow the directions in the Sticky, YOU don't need to get your pics to the thumbnail size, altho you might need to use one of the re-sizing tools listed to let you Attach your image file in the first place, but from there on in, following the numbered/listed steps and clicking on 'Insert' and then 'Thumbnail' does it all for you!! Here's the Sticky, check out the resizing tools suggested down toward the end: https://www.spyderlovers.com/thread...ert-all-pictures-images-as-thumbnails.162415/
