• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    NHTSA does not just look at the per cent occurrence. They also consider severity of injury and risk. The fact that the Spyder scenario includes potential death or severe injury means that the priority will increase, even with low per cent occurrence.

    Today was the first day of the year above 80 degrees here in NE Indiana and the riders were out. Helmets are not mandatory in this state. Of the 40 riders, including passengers, I saw today, 8 were wearing helmets.:banghead:

    The hot seat issue pertains to SOME 2013 Spyders only. If you avoid the 2013, you won't have to worry about it.     One of the biggest things I have learned here is that the Dealer you choose for service makes a HUGE difference. There is a lot of variation in dealers, and some down right horror stories. Ask around for dealer references.
