• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Please help define fault code B2D40 on a 2020 RT Limited.

I have a 2020 RT Limited. I took a small hit while in reverse. Not a lot of damage to the Spyder but I now have an active fault code B2D40. What does this mean and how can I clear it?

Has anyone tried Different Batteries, like a NOCO 600A Lithium? How is it working?

My original 2020 YUASA battery died in 2021. I put in a cheap Oreilly AGM battery just to keep me going. As preventative maintenance in the fall of 2023 I replaced the cheap Oreilly AGM battery and installed the NOCO NLP 20. I put it on a battery tender designed for the NOCO battery. As an...

Are there any safe & convenient ways to carry Reserve Fuel?

I also have the Reda gas can. I've found it to be of excellent and very durable construction. I bought it to take with me for my Saddle Sore 1000 ride in 2011, 1000 miles in 24 hours. I didn't need it then, nor have I ever needed it anywhere on the east coast. Unless you're planning on doing...

2024 Spyder issues make me wonder if I should buy yet?

At 71 years old, I'm living my life by the motto of "Hell Yes". If I have misgivings about doing something, I'm not doing it. So please, DON'T buy a Spyder. With your initial attitude, I'm sure any small issue will just prove you were right to begin with, and you won't be happy. It's called...

Thinking of moving to The Villages in FL - Any Spyder Service places nearby?

I'm done. Thank you, Tango, PMK, and Ziggy for offering useful information. I have what I came here for. Moderators, please close this thread so this doesn't turn into a flame war with a bunch of stupid comments about The Villages.

Thinking of moving to The Villages in FL - Any Spyder Service places nearby?

Great news. Exactly the information I was hoping for. I also have an Escape. I'm thinking of getting a Stingray trailer and bringing my Spyder up and down the east coast doing the Snowbird thing. If I get down there, we should try to connect. Again, thanks so very much for your help.

Is a replacement Lithium Battery the way to go? How have you installed yours?

wagswvu, I just added the NOCO to my 2020 RTL. My original battery went bad and left me stranded in the spring of 2022. I elected to replace the second battery for the 2024 season before it left me stranded. The RT has a hold down clamp that is a pain in the *** to install. You need to hold it...

'22 RT starting slowly after sitting on tender - replacement Battery?

I'm glad it all worked out for you and Thank You very much for reporting back. Oftentimes, someone posts a problem and then we don't know how the issue was resolved. In your case, it's particularly instructive because I, like so many others, focused on the battery. Now we know different...

Trying to figure out if Sea to Sky is better for me than RT Ltd?

Short answer: No. I think you'd be better off getting the RT Limited and then adding some farkles to customize your Spyder. The RT Limited comes with wind deflectors. The S2S has the ADJUSTABLE wind deflectors. You can buy adjustable wind deflectors on Amazon for less than $100. They seem to...
