• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Strange Intercom Problem

Yep ... it's the CB/Communications module. By good fortune, my dealer had a used Spyder with the CB/Comm. He popped the unit out of that and temporarily connected it to mine and ... shazam ... it worked just fine. Another bit of good luck ... I had the CB/Comm installed prior to taking...

    Strange Intercom Problem

Headed out for a ride and noticed a problem with the factory intercom system. The passenger could not hear me, but I could hear her. I could hear my own voice when engaging the PTT or VOX. The passenger could hear the radio, but not her own voice when PTT was engaged...

Well ... I give up. Does anyone know what the ± 5, 10, 15, 20, etc. values do with regards to the Headset Front setting? I've run it up + and down - and cannot discern any difference.

Headset Audio Loud Crack- Pop Sound

Wow ... that will wake you up. It also makes the Ms. most unhappy. I traced the intermittent loud crack-pop to the headset connector on the dash ... the one the rider plugs in to. Oh joy ... some disassembly required. Worse yet, the rubber boot on the DIN receptacle is "potted" ... meaning...

Fixed my CB and Cell Phone Interface

If placing the ferrite choke on the helmet cord is inconvenient, you can accomplish the same by placing one on the entertainment harness wire just as it goes under the center console. The gray wire is the communications wire to the center console and this view is with the left panel removed at...
