• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Help Moving the Garmen Zumo to the dash on my 13 RT

    GPS mount I used the stock mount and just moved it from the handlebars to the dash. You can reroute the original wire without too much problems. The only thing I had to do was add an extension cord to the audio cable.

    why lock the seat? Why bother puttting the plunger back? I took mine out long ago so I would never have a problem with the seat getting stuck down and locked. I don't keep any valuables under the seat, so whats the point of having it lock down?

    What to do first?

    I have a 2013 RT LTD with the same heat problems as most others. Which should I do first, a cat by-pass or the airbox removal and a new JT air filter? I can only afford to do one at a time.

    Just use some light oil on both the inner and outer races to install the bearings. Do not use any type of anti-seeze product.

    I had the same problem You may need a new compressor. Mine did the same thing and my dealer found that the compressor was bad, it was replaced under warranty.

    Ride-on tire sealant

    Ride On I put it in all three tires and am very happy with it. If it saves me having a flat it is worth every penny. I still carry my tire plug kit and 12v compressor in case someone else has a flat.

    To Oil Change or Not To Oil Change

    Change it now My vote would be for option #1 Why would you want to drive around with oil that most likely has lost some of the viscosity and is also contaminated from normal use? It will just cause premature wear.

    alignment I just had mine done by Performance Powersports in Seneca. They did a good job and it did make a difference in the handling. They will check it for free. They charge $120. for the alignment but, the total bill will be $140.40. They added on a few extra charges that I didn't know...

    I would like..

    The beeper is located on the back of the instrument cluster. You will see a little round canister with a hole in the center. I filled mine with silicon sealer and it quieted right down. Now you can only hear it if you are right next to the bike. I don't know about the headlights.

    Me too I had the exact same problem. The dealer had to replace the compressor. OK now.
