• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    recording music question...

sound capture Hi: You may want to try a sound capture app. Lots of free ones out there. They capture any sound from your sound card. Save the files in MP3 format and play on your devices. Hope this is helpful. Have a good one.

    Trouble free spyders

trouble free Keep in mind that human nature is to complain regardless of issues. Most people, myself included, will only post when they have problems. You don't hear anything from the hordes of RYDERS that ride trouble free on a daily basis. Many of us only post the problems (however minor) to...

    That smell...

That smell My '14 RTL smelled every time I got home for the first couple thousand clicks. It smelled like hot rubber and it was coming from the drive belt. Luckily, It went away on its own and all was good after that.;)

    F3 Limited swing arm

Does anyone know if the Swing-arm on the 2016 F3 Limited and the F3T are the same as base F3 models. They now have air shock for these and I was wondering. I can't find a photo of the rear wheel with swing arm anywhere that I looked. Thinking ahead for winter projects...;)

    What's with these Mirrors

mirror re install You might want to check and see if any wire is getting pinched by one of the ribs behind the mirror. been there-Done that. Your photo seems to have something behind the mirror, quite possibly some wiring not tucked in behind the mirror assembly. Just a thought.

    Wow! Now have SMOOTH shifting!

The boards are a bit lower than the pegs but my guess would be after you tried them, you'd probably wouldn't go back to the pegs. You can move your feet around and have a big platform to do it on. That may just be my opinion. Everyone has a different riding position and the boards fit mine...

    Wow! Now have SMOOTH shifting!

floorboards I got the floorboards also (for the F3) and I really like them. I'm 6'1" tall and had the U-fit set up on position 4 with the pegs but when I got the floorboards, the ideal position was number 5. I guess it was because you can't pivot your foot as much on the floor board. That being...

    Serious problem with 2012 RTS

Stalling Don't know if this applies to the Spyder but I had a car that did that. After a lot of head scratching by myself and service personnel, It was discovered that the EGR valve was sucking air when it opened after the engine warmed up (punctured diaphragm). Hope this might be...
