• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    What did you do to your Spyder today?

    Installed new batteries in our '21 RTs last weekend. Yesterday pulled some panels off and looked over the cooling. Should be good to go whenever the weather changes. New batteries, new air filters, fresh oil and filters, tires up to pressure... giddy up, Mother Nature!!

    Good to see this still going.... wow, 5 yrs already. Me, I haven't been on the site in a long time. Just thinking about changing the air filters in our 21 RT's and maybe checking the coolant. Not much really needs to be done. I change our oil in the fall along with a few other minor little things.

    How important is balancing the rear tire?

    I had a car tire mounted by the local tire guy this weekend, and of course he didn't have a way to balance it. There are a half dozen weights on the wheel, it seems to ride fine, but maybe just a bit more wiggle in the bars. Thought about taking those weights off... Thoughts?

    Mystery solved..... the knucklehead used his pressure washer to wash the bike, and this stupid thing is the soap tank cap for the pressure washer.... So those who guessed flux capacitor and muffler bearing, you were damn close....Lol

    What the heck is this thing? 2017 RT

    My buddy found this in his driveway after horsing around on his 2017 RT. Looks like some sort of dust cover to me...but heck I don't know. It's hollow, has a pin hole in the top of it, is about 1.5" around. Thoughts? :bowdown:
