• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder sold, I'm off, thanks all!

Hi all It's been a great few months chatting to you guys but the Spyder just didn't do it for me in the end. I gave it my best shot over the 5 months I had her but it just cannot get anywhere near the thrills I get from two wheels. In addition there just aren't enough riders of Spyders in the...

    Pulled by the cops today

Our bike cops here in the UK have some pretty tasty machines. Got pulled by one riding an unmarked black Yamaha R1. He had a word with me for doing 100mph in a 70mph limit, and 60mph in a 30mph limit. I was let off with a warning amazingly. He complained though that he was struggling to keep up...

    Kewlmetal Rocks!!

I agree the guys at Kewlmetal are helpful people. However, I have their bullet lights as rear flashers and the powder coating is falling off after just 3 months use. Not happy!

    Ruff idol n back fire

I'd suggest opening up the air box and sticking in a more free flowing filter, plus lose the box intake tubes. Helped mine after Leo Vince install. Did you do the 20 min battery disconnect when the Micron was put on?

2009 SE5 Where is the sweet spot when shifting

I shift my SE5 around 4500 rpm when feeling relaxed and cruising, and between 7500 and 9500 when racing some numpty in his Porsche.

    Arai helmet fogging

No, the demistlock is the tab on the lower part of the visor that locks it slightly open in order to let a stream of air in. This is fine when it doesn't rain! The Pinlock is a moisture absorbing second screen that fits inside the visor. They come in different shades burt clear is safest of...

    Arai helmet fogging

But with the Pinlock visor inserted you don't need to open any vents. The Pinlock absorbs the moisture. What Arai helmet have you got?
