• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tell me how to Change out light bulbs on 2015 ST-S?

I have done it three times. The only hard part is that the space is so small, and your hand is so big. Look in your owners manual on page 139 for pictures and instructions. If you no longer have the manual, go to "operatorsguides.brp.com" Good Luck, Roger

    Solo to Alaska

Thank you for sharing your journey. I love the hot spring. The first time I walked that boardwalk the marsh was covered with snow. As I got closer to the hot spring, the snow gradually disappeared. It was a magical experience. I have a photo of the spring hanging on my office wall. Thank you for...

    2014 Spyder ST-SE5 - Stopped Shifting.

I have 70,000 miles on my STL-SE5. I have had very little trouble. I think your pot metal shift lever has striped. It was slipping, causing the first problem. It completely stripped causing the second problem. I had the same problem at about 45,000. If that is the only problem it is an easy and...

    Who sells Lo-Boy windscreens for 2014 ST's?

The stock windshield is adjustable, but it is manual. There is no rocker switch. Just push down and forward on the top of it. To raise grab the bottom of it and pull up and back. Good luck, Roger

Brother Blocks me BUT loves me?

Too ofter one person forms an opinion of another person, based on just one small part of the person, not the total person. Some times you have to except a little bad to get a greater good. That is true of relatives, politicians, and friends. Your brother and you should both dwell on that. As far...

    thinking about cross country ride?

    1. Take the phone # of at least one knowledgeable Spyder owner or Service Mgr. If you do have a problem, it helps to have another person to lend advice or moral support. 2. If you have to go to a dealer, stress the fact that you are on an extended road trip and must be taken care of today or...

Help! First Spyder for wife and I - STS or RTS

You mention an ST-S Limited. Some one may correct me, but I think those are two different models. There are ST, ST-S, and ST Limiteds. I have 65,000 miles on a 2014 ST Limited, one up, and love it. When I ride an RT, I feel too close to the handle bars. Good luck. Roger

    ST mirror removal

I have a 14 STL. If the 13 is the same; Remove wind deflector. Then remove 2 black plastic covers. The mirror is held on by a hook that hangs onto a recess attached to the Spyder, at the top, and 2 studs that push into spring clips on the Spyder, side by side at the bottom. Some where (owner's...

    My first breakdown

The bolt fits in a groove around the shaft. Pull the bolt all the way out and examin it for ware along its length. That ware is what allowed the arm to slide off the shaft. What’s left of the bolt is keeping the arm from sliding completely onto the shaft now. Good luck. Roger

    My first breakdown

    1. Partially back on the shaft ????? 2. When you put it back on did you line up the dot on the shaft with the slot in the arm? 3. Are the splines in the arm stripped? 4. Also you may need a new bolt in the arm to prevent a recurance. Good luck. Roger
