• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Suggest ways of Mounting a GoPro type camera to the RT?

Good luck with that. I mounted mine on top of the dash looking through the windshield. Videos are fine, just keep windshield clean.

    Progressive Insurance Non- Renewal Notice

Yes, it's not just the insurance companies. States like NY tend to have an affinity to over-regulate everything so businesses have to make decisions to maintain fiscal viability. Most businesses don't have a goal to lose customers.

    Another car tire thread

"There are some experts on here that do not agree with Shawn S. Even a casual read on the subject of tires will show that (dare I say 75%...number not vetted), are using car tires. I am also a recent convert." I would hope the OP perhaps do some reading of at least SOME of the dozens of car...

What's the deal with closing the F3 Gas cap!?

Motorcycle accidents - Why we're not always seen

I just ride with the high beams on all the time, and sometimes even the fog lights. Never can have too many lights When I approach a car that may be a concern, I often 'wiggle' the front end so the lights do the same to catch their attention

    tires

When I first joined this forum I read through much of it first starting before I got my Spyder and created bookmarks by subject (tires, oil, troubleshooting, hacks, etc) for that reason. No troubles finding many recommendations for recurring and common issues

    Warning

Agree. Buyer has to look closely at the seller information before purchasing. It's there as I've been lax a time or two but learned. Again, not Amazon but the individual sellers.

Is this much Oil usage normal?

I'm the same way. Not only that but while waiting for the purchase to go through I joined and read through much of the forum especially the FAQs and New Spyder Owners which says something like read it 3 times. Motivating owners to read the manual instead of just doing the work for them is the...
