• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Mikey, do you have any pics or suggestions on how to install the manual fill? I need to do something as my rear suspension is dead.

Any hints on checking rear tire Air Pressure-F3L

Washed the the bike today and checked the tire pressure, first time in 18 months and yes the tire pressure was spot on. What a pain in the ass that rear tire is!

    Time to replace this tire?

My rear tire looked like that at 6,000 miles, the inside of the front tire looks like it has a little cupping. I put a Kumho AST in the rear, it's just OK as it has less grip than the Kenda, I went with Vredsteins up front, good bite and a smooth ride.

Hate to be a party pooper but...

Riding a Spyder was easy for me as mentally I looked at it as my summertime snowmobile, and you do get the best handling when move your body weight around the cockpit. I found the stock seat on my F3L wanted to keep me stuck in the center of the seat, so when I had Lamm rebuild my seat I had him...

    Long distance highway tire pressures?

The dealer set my Vredsteins at 15 lbs. and the Kumho at 28 lbs., "Tire guy" thoughts

    Kenda kanines?

Nothing. After reading many posts and topics here I thought it was a no brainer to have a Kumho and the Vredsteins installed last week.

Any concerns with buying a 2017 F3 with only 1200 miles?

I'd do an oil change and a fresh battery, and then ride it like I stole it.

Good deal on rear tire replacement

Had Loves Park Motorsports do my tire swap last week, Quatracs up front and a Kumho AST in the rear. First I have to say the service was professional and the labor for the tire mounting, balancing, and inspecting my air suspension came in at three hours which I thought was very fair. They set...

    Thoughts on Spyder Safety

Hello ARtraveler, what happens the "nanny" kicks-in? Is there a sound and pulsing like ABS on a car? I ask because there have probably been a few times where I thought maybe the "nanny should kick-in and as far I could discern nothing electronically controlling was felt in the bars or the seat...

My body took a pounding hammering through and over moguls, funny how they hurt me more now even though we have loads more travel in the suspension today, now I know what my Dad meant when he said what you take out of your body as a young man you pay for when an old man. 100% on the...

    Thoughts on Spyder Safety

In most circumstances a three wheeler has much less of a chance of a rider having a get off as compared to a two wheeler. My experience on a three point vehicles is 130,000 miles on a sled (cross country racing, hill climbs, CC touring etc.) and I have high sided more than a I care to remember...
