• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What's up with that (besides the inside wheel)?

Good advise, would also recommend making sure tire pressure is checked and possibly stiffen the shock adjustment up front, I have mine set one notch from the highest-stiffest setting. Oh, and of course Ron's custom anti-swaybar sure does help.

How true! Just what I had read in the WSJ.

    Octane Reqirements

:agree:also. I believe the extra fuel additive cleaners that come with higher octane fuel help keep the throttle parts running at peak[I know others don't agree, some saying all octane levels are the same] my experience tells me otherwise.

    Gas Milage with the RS

Unfortunately the tranny doesn't lock up until 4000 rpm so a lower cruising rpm is probably not good.

    Painting the vents

As mentioned a good cleaning and thorough drying of the parts is a must, using something like purple power follow up with Windex. Acetone might ruin or etch the plastic. Also buy a spray can trigger for a buck at the hardware store to help you get a clean spray pattern and avoid those splatters

    bigger front tire?????

That's right, very sticky tires. I know from my winter experience back in Pennsylvania that a narrower tire gave better traction in the snow.

    bigger front tire?????

:agree:Also the half inch or less in the choices given would probably make little difference.
