• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The perfect Spyder seat?

Airhawk recommends you only inflate with a minimum amount of air. If you over-inflate, it loses the cushioning effect. Therefore it will only raise you a little bit. I suppose you could blow it up so it would raise you 2-3 inches but it may not be very comfortable.
:agree:

This sounds like a very unsafe fix to me. :yikes: If you inflate it too much you are just going to be floating on top of your regular seat and loose and feel of the bike under you. You really need to get you seat rebuilt to have it raise you up. You don't want to be riding around on pillows. :lecturef_smilie: You need to stay in contact with your Spyder to maintain full control! That just my $.02.
:agree:

I just wanted to give another shout out to Ron of http://kontourseat.com the best seat on the market!

it was the ultimate seat for when I had my Spyder and is now the best seat for my Slingshot. Especially now that I live in Arizona!

i have the "coolest" seat to beat the heat!

I exchanged emails with someone at Kontour earlier this year. They are not going to produce an RT seat because there are too many pieces/stitches to deal with.

I clicked on it to see what is going on, and then ran my Adware program on my iMac. This is what is going:

"Is it a scam pop-up?

Scam pop-ups, often telling you that you have a virus or threatening you with legal fines or something similar, are not caused by adware. They're just scam websites. See:
http://www.adwaremedic.com/kb/scampopups.php"

The bottom line, there was no virus that infected my computer. However, it is a good idea to not click that second link; someone is trying to make some money, supposedly to clean your computer. Don't click my link. It's only the Adware that I use.

On Windows it tried to install a Java script and my MS security got it before it could.
