• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

have a 2008 GS SE5 auto. 1/2 the time the turn signals work. I checked the fuse - not blown but I replaced with a virgin fuse. didn't fix the issue. if it was a car, i'd look for a switch relay. there seems to be 3 relays with same part number. main relay #2, light relay and fan relay. I called dealership...no advice, 3 week backlog before they could look at it. called BMP 888 864 2002, sorry can't help you -call dealer. tried opening handle bar switch box, but it fought effort so rather than break something I stopped

Any thoughts out there?

Bad switch ?

Maybe the switch is going bad. Don't know if it's replaceable by it self. Has any aftermarket lighting been added to that circuit? A lot of our problems tend to be self- inflicted at times.

nothing added...its a 2008, bought new in 2009...6 years operating 26,000 miles of course its out of warranty. shop on town 3 week backlog one week to diagnosis an then order parts as needed....in other words it would be tied up in shop the rest of the summer....no other shops nearby. 3 other canam dealers i 60 mile radius when out of business

Exploded diagram

Would be nice to see , to determine if you can just buy the actual switch, and not have to buy the whole control.

The Gauge Cluster controls the turn signals. So first test is to see if the 4 way Hazard Flashers function correctly every time. If it works fine then I would look at the switch as Cos suggested. Based on the 2010 early production wiring diagram which should be the same as yours. There is a connector between the switch and the Gauge Cluster that you could probe with a Ohm meter and see if it is a switch problem.
