ISO Grips?

Has anyone installed the grips? If so, how hard was it, is there any special requirments, and above all how is the ride after?:helpsmilie:

I have the ISO Grips 7/8 Universal. I had the dealer install them but i watched and it took them 15 min to install. I would say they took away about 75% of the vibration i the handlebars and helped hand fatigue.

Only requirement is took a little tape on the bars on the non throttle side.

I have the same ones, easy install at home. Take off the old ones and put on the new ones. Used tape on the left side..Had them on for over 6 months now without issues.

IF you DIY, go very easy on the grip glue, especially on the right side, throttle side.. Else you could have a problem... Best not enough glue, cause you can add, but too much, you will have to replace the throttle sleeve if a problem exist.. How do I know?,, just ask...
In fact I used glue only on the left side, but so far none on the throttle ( right side) seems to hold very well. But I carry my glue just in case.

i also didnt glue throttle side went up a steep hill last week with a curve at that the top and right grip slid half off so i will glue ....

Could be scary.. HUH ??? else you have auto bar extentions.
