• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Mike and I went on this route to Jeffersonville, VT. on Sunday 5/24/15. The first picture in the background in orange letters Sign Says" No Tractor Trailers Beyond this point" because the curves are very narrow, and they get hung up.

Their is a very large rock near the road so you can not see what is on the other side( cars) so you have to wait and let the other car come thru. They close this road in the winter. This is a very popular road for tourist, people do a lot of hiking. This road is awesome for spyders, a lot of twisties near the top, it is pretty in the fall. 2nd picture is part of the mountain this is on the back side of Smugglers Notch heading toward Stowe, Vt. I have not done this yet with my Can Am but have done it with every bike I have owned. Will do this summer. It will definitely be different than doing it on my two wheelers.Gets closed in winter. You can not imagine how busy this road gets in summer.People walking, cars bumper to bumper and barely enough room to to get past a lot of bad drivers.

If a tractor trailers/or tour buses gets stuck, they have to close the road, then reopen it after they get the tractor trailer or tour bus taken care of. This road is scenic, there is a pull off at top of the mountain. Deanna

Yes they are not allowed.Signs say that but every year you do get a few people even towing trailers trying to get through there.
