• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hoping for help here...

Having no luck finding the front VIN, lower frame, on my 2008 Spyder. Have to show it to California DMV. I called my dealer and they said I have to take the trunk out????

Please tell me that is not correct! :gaah:

I already found the rear VIN and the engine number (that's fun!)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Jack up the front so you can get to the lower frame. It should be on the right side. What you will be looking for is a bunch off needle makes. The needle marks are how they form the each character of the VIN. Flashlight shined across the frame my help find where the frame was punched. You will see a bunch of center punch dents.
