• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just wondering. Has anyone heard from them lately? I contacted them by e-mail 2 week ago. I called during business hours 3 days ago. Had to leave a message. They have not responded to either. I have ordered from them on multiple occasions in the past. Very fast response times. :dontknow: Tom :spyder:
 
I made my first purchase from them two weeks ago and was delighted with the very fast service.

I bought a BajaRon bar from them, approx 3 months ago, had a question, emails phone calls all ignored. Must be making enough money that they don't need to respond to anything but the orders. I won't be buying from them in the future.

I'm very surprised to here that, I've ordered a few things from them and any questions I've had have been promptly answered...
 
Tom - sent you a PM. But just so anyone else know - I did talk with Theresa, she's been sick lately but said that they didn't have any outstanding orders. Sometimes she said that people don't complete the check out process so they don't actually place the order, even though they think they did. Hopefully anyone who is having a problem or haven't heard from them will be followed up on
 
I've always had good luck with them as well. Talked to them on the phone many times and have always been very happy with their service. Hopefully this is just an anomaly.

Just called today and got right through. Personally never had a issue, and will continue to check them out when needing something.
 
I have bought pretty much 90% of my Farkles from them!
I would not hesitate to order from them period!

Actually talked to them 3 times today. Rick was a big help and saved me a bunch of money. :2thumbs: Lots of advice. :thumbup: They not only sell Spyder accessories, but also ride one. nojoke Can't wait for the new "farkles" to arrive. :ohyea: Tom :spyder:
