Glove Box

There's an obvious generational gap here. When I grew up it was the standard answer, Read The Freakin' Manual.

Usually Iwas hearing this from My Father it brings back good memories. My 20 something daughters could tell you what it means and they know I am the worst at wanting to read the manual, They would musually hear me mumbling it to myself. LOL

I agree with you too, Don, but for the thousands I poured into my Spyder my old backside couldn't justify not reading the manual before I picked up the machine.

I bought my first Spyder at the beginning of 2007 [did not even make them yet]
I had the online manual memorized by the time I received the bike at the bend of 2007

FYI (that means "for your information"); I have read the manual 2 x (the X, means "times") all the way through...and spot read it also and I watched the DVD (dont know what that means either but it's that flat round mini record thang).... and I could find 0 (zero) about a glove box. But since I had seen it mentioned here...I thought I would ask.

I know you were hoping to find a glove box on the ST and the previous posts helped you out with that. Just wanted to let you know that I got a Nelson Riggs tank bag in place of a glove box. I works great. Enough room to put a small fanny pack, gloves, cell phone, etc. without being in the way of raising the seat when getting gas. Oh it also has the map view window on the front. I did have to add a little piece of strapping with velcro on it to make it just a tadd longer....I wanted more velcro on the end. Cindy
