• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Relief for passenger back pain?

ROBSTOY

My wife has a really bad back and found that the passenger back rest on my RTS causes her pain (no support for the lower back). I rolled up a towel and she put it behind her lower back against the backrest. She said this helped and that it might even be more comfortable that the passenger seat on the Harley. Have there been other complaints about passenger comfort and lack of lower back support? What was your solution?

MAYBE THIS

E-Bay item # 141537018580..................maybe someone can do a link and or PICS for the lazy folks here :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:......Thanks ....Mike

Passenger accommodations always seem to be a bit 2nd class compared to the driver.

Plus, with a backrest, they also assume that your passenger is going to be petite and about 100 pounds. :roflblack::roflblack:

I am guessing the towel acts as a lumbar support.

My wife was a petite 100 pounds 40 years ago, BK .That's why I won't be having a backrest on my RTL.
