• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Evolution of the RT?

I wouldn't mind if they made F3 options so you could get more cargo capacity. With side bags and a trailer, I'd be set!

But I also think the 2 lines should stay distinct.

Yes they did a concept drawing you see above. Yes it was done by BRP not someone with photoshop.

If you look at that post (link above) you will see Lamont responded and said they will not be doing this!

I don't know why you're stirring the s**t. Enjoy the F3 if that is what you enjoy. Add a windshield to take some of the wind off of you. Add saddlebags to try to add some storage. Go twice as fast as you could go through the curves with an RT.Trade in any and all RTs and let someone who enjoys all that storage, comfort, and amazing ride, to enjoy them. I was brutally attacked for asking someone why they were adding saddlebags to an F3 trying to make it into a weekend cruiser for two. Please don't stir the pot. While I realize it's a public forum, and all things may be discussed, is it really becoming ?

Ben... Everybody is getting jumpy due to this long Winter; please cut him a break.
(Paul is still shopping, and wants to keep his options open! :D)

That picture was release, by someone on internet last mid-september, just before BRP introducing new 2015 Spyder line-up and I have this one since.

We can expect a facelift for next year RT model. A new dashboard will also be a great improvement.

They guy that posted that pic on Facebook said it came from the BRP web site!
He gave a link that worked but now it is no longer valid when I went there today.

Maybe not, but I think it's cool looking. Thanks for the picture. Shifting gears, the leftover 2014 ST's look quite appealing. There are deals to be made. I saw one for $16999. Am I to assume that is before or after discounts? Is the price further negotiable? As for the discussion, I'm just throwing around ideas, that's all.

Phil, This place is called "SpyderLovers"; not "SpyderOwners"... :D

Paul... Any movement on the home front about this yet? :dontknow:

She still thinks it is a huge waste of money for a Big boy toy. I have a MRD coming up that could work nicely toward one.

Old dog I can feel your pain. My banker (my lovely wife) says when we can pay cash for one we will get one. She also rides her own MC. So we will have to ride the Spyder 2up. We are projecting to be able to get a new Spyder sometime this fall or early in 2016.
So in the meantime I just read and dream. Bob:pray:
