• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Still Waiting For BRP also

We bought the Spyder in the end of June and ordered the tri axis handle bars (bought and paid for) which were supposed to be installed before we picked up the Spyder. Our dealer tells us the bars were on back order and they have been given many dates as to when they will be available.

So I have started contacting BRP as to why they are not producing them. It has been a run around.

The last correspondence from BRP didn't address the problem at all -- only rhetoric saying the dealers were independent and blah blah blah -- basically blaming the dealer for not having the bars

Called the dealer and asked about the bars again -- they said they were still on back order -- I mentioned to the dealer that BRP was blaming them for not getting the bars.

We will see how this plays out

I'd get a refund from the dealer there and start calling other dealers around the country. Someone probably still has them available, and you'd just have to pay the extra shipping cost.

Interesting..!!

little checking and found ebay has them....maybe they could get some stock from them...:roflblack: the one major problem is parts on both ends brp and dealers. Must be the parts and acc are expensive so dealers don't want to stock them and brp sees no demand so does the same...:dontknow:

I shop at...cheapcycleparts.com...

I picked up my tri axis off eBay for less than the dealer my dealer said they could sell them. My dealer install them for me.

They are not on national back order. Your dealer is playing games with your money. Get a refund and purchase them elsewhere, likely cheaper.

I bought my 2014 RT-S on 9/9. At that time dealer parts department said Tri-Axis bars were on back order but would be released 9/19 or thereabouts. Since we were going to be gone 9/17 through 10/2 back order was no problem and they were on the Spyder when I picked it up 10/4. Sounds to me like the familiar thud of stable droppings from the dealer.
