There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Another Mod for my husband to work on

Thanks to Jeuchler's post in another thread, I found this rear fender mod that I now need my husband to do for me. This will help my license plate be seen better, even pulling a trailer and it just looks cool.

Hey...That looks just like a rear fender off a Kawasaki 2008 ZX14.

I bet you can replace the rear mud guard with that and that the shape and angle will fit perfectly onto the plastic stone guard above the rear wheel. A few small drill holes and some wiring, and bjt will be all done! :joke:

(Can't wait to see it! We won't have nearly as many show-offy-new things on our ryde as you will by NF day! Happy Easter!)

Where's the plate light?

Deb, I have the rear fender off my new Ninja 250R which looks just like that. It's brand new. Let me know if you want it. I took it off after 2 miles on the ODO so there's nothing wrong with it. I HATED the way it looked on my Ninja and I don't think I'd like it on my Spyder either. Either way, it's just sitting in my garage doing nothing.

Deb i like when you do mods You come up with some pretty neat stuff but this one i don't care for but as long as you like it that's all that matters. :coffee:

Thanks SpyderGirl, I will let you know. The downfall of this mod for me is that I lose my rear fender with the artwork in memory of my daughter. Not sure I am ready to give that up. I know bjt is thinking about it too. I will def contact you either way and soon.

Thanks Roger. I am glad you like so many of my mods. This one is not a definite yet but I do kind of like the look. That is why this is such a great forum, diversity and acceptance,

Oh yeah.... that's right. If it were me I don't think I would want to give that up... but on the other hand you could hang the rear fender in your house. :)

Yeah, so just let me know. It's here if you want it.

I like the look but your stock fender will keep your paint on the trailer
in better shape just a thought :2thumbs::2thumbs:

An Aussie guy did this one (Queensland number plate)
Check spyderryders.net.au for details.
He has done a drive belt guard mod since.
