• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I need some advice in mounting a new horn on my 13 RT L. I have the factory fog lights and battery terminals under the left frunk panel, so where do I mount the horn and how do I get to the factory horn? Thanks in advance for any help.:pray:

horn mounting

I first mounted mine in the upper left hand side behind the frunk. I also have fog lights and the sound of the horn was too muted. I then removed the frunk and mounted the horn in the lower left opening on the frunk that directs air to the oil cooler. Now the sound is great. I simply added the horn relay and tied both horns to the horn button. Happy with the results. 2011 RTs

I gave up trying to find a good place to mount an air horn without impeding air flow to the radiators so I went with trumpet horns mounted outside the body.

in the same location as the original.

I had to remove the frunk to install it and had to enlarge the hole where the horn sits. It took a little time and finesse (thanks Mike) but it sounds great. I also used a universal wiring harness for an air horn and it made the electrical part very easy.
