Spyders appear on new TV show Extant

I've been home sick, so was catching up on my DVR recordings. I was in the middle of a show called Extant which aired last night, (great show, by the way) when I thought I saw a Spyder flash by the screen. I thought I might've had a little too much cough syrup, but figured i'd rewind and check nonetheless. Lo and behold there were not 1 but TWO spyders on the intro scene coming back from a commercial break. I thought the Spyder's time on TV was up with the cancellation of Almost Human, but it appears the Spyder will continue to make cameo appearances (or more) throughout prime time television. Here's a few seconds of video I captured:

Thats the Rock store on Mulhulland on the way to the Pacific coast Highway. Down in Los Angeles Great place to hang out on the

weekends.

If it makes you feel any better, YOURS was the first post I'd seen about it. (But then I didn't catch it on the aired episode either.)

In addition to what flamingobabe just pointed out, they probably used Spyders because they are "futuristic looking". The first thing my wife said when she first saw my RT was... It looks like a Transformer.

Flamingobabe, please bring me up to date... What is the "Spyder Five"?

Spyder5.....Lamont, Fred Rau, Daniel out of Quebec, Faran and Mickey (Faran and Mickey won a contest thru Can-an/BRP...received a free Spyder and some monetary benefits).....they were the ambassadors.....part of their job was to ride their Spyders and post videos and stories about riding......no offence to any of the Spyder 5's....but Mickey's videos and stories were the best...but he is a professional writer and movie maker...he is a genuine down to earth person...a really nice guy.... so happy to see his dreams and hard work come true....BRP changed direction a while back and dropped the Spyder 5......Lamont and Fred are still involved with BRP....all Spyder 5 are great people and will do anything to help promote Spyders....
