Got my renewal notice from Progressive, $919. Had my agent check around and found Safeco for $536 identical coverage. Pays to shop around!

Oh yeah! Progressive always compares their quotes with companies that are HIGHER. Almost any company in this area easily beats their numbers. The other outfit that is almost as bad is Geico but then I'm sure Flo gets paid more than the gecko. Beware of fancy advertizing!

State Farm in OR is $230/yr w/$500 deductible. Liberty is a bit less - this assumes your cars and home are with the same company. As you see, where you live has a huge impact in insurance costs.

Geographic location definitely plays a major factor in the rate and so does credit rating. I have Rider Insurance in Virginia for $453.00 on my 2013 RTL Deductibles are $500 collision and $250 comprehensive.

I just saw your post. Looks like you just joined Spyderlovers in August. Did you just purchase your 2013 RT? I have a friend in Mechanicsburg that also has a Pearl White RT Limited (2012). I just purchased a 2014 Pearl White RT-S a month ago, and just live a few miles from M-burg. Maybe we can get all 3 of these Spyders together sometime.
