• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just got back with my Bushtec Trailer

After an hour and a half each way in 40 degrees and rain I am home safe and sound with my new (used) Bushtec Trailer. It pulls so great, as others have mentioned, you don't even know it is there. I do have to get it painted but tomorrow, I will clean it up and post picutures.

So when are you cutting the doggie hatch in the lid and adding the windshield? :joke:

We talked about that. We have to see if it is something that can be done and can Brian do it? When it comes time we may have to order an extra top for that mod. But I think it is a bit in the future though, my poor baby girl. She always wants to go with us and I feel so bad leaving her behind.

DOG OR RACCOON?

JUST WONDERING HOW BIG YOUR DOG IS? OR IS AT RACCOON? :dontknow:
I HAVE A 10 LB. MINITURE DASCHUND AND JUST BOUGHT AN ENCLOSED BACKPACK WITH MESH WINDOWS EVERYWHERE SO I CAN TAKE HER WITH ME. JUST A THOUGHT IF YOU HAVE A SMALL DOG.

Congrats on the new trailer Deb. :2thumbs: Got mine the same way. Craig's list rules. Still haven't come up with the $$$ to repaint it yet. Did you decide on a color yet :dontknow:

Just left the vet the other day and she weighed in at 70lbs so I don't think a mesh backpack is going to do it. Thank you though...LOL

Definitely the same color, just have to really look it over and see if it warrants any artwork. It has a luggage rack on top so that takes up the whole top of the trunk. I also have to ask my friend if it would add any cost and how much, the budget is kind of tight right now. I would like to do something though.

I too hope it is warmer than 40 degree on Memorial Day. I can ride to work and back in the 20's, 30's and 40's the 10 mile each way ride. But boy today at about 41 and raining for an hour and a half each way, I was chilled. My gloves got wet and when it was time to go to work, my hands were cold on the ride. Heated gloves on the list for next year.

If it was deep, dark purple metallic, maybe. But that sissy purple, no way...... :D :D :joke:

:congrats: Deb! Remember how thrilled we were with our first B trailer ('94 Turbo+). Then the 2nd came home ('03 Quantum). :2thumbs: Was not expecting the model you got - that looks :doorag: with the :f_spider:. Can't wait to see how you paint it!

BTW - looks like you need to pump up the B's suspension a bit.

Now you can go shopping!!!

Yup - we sure are having a cold Spring! And it's no fun riding when wet! I have heated gloves but don't wear them - too bulky. I got them a while back and I know that Gerbing makes thinner ones now.

I got a pair of Hatch gloves - police issue - I swear by them. Road thru thunderstorms with them and my hands stayed dry. Rode in the cold - hands are nice and warm! They aren't bulky at all. There are a bunch to choose from:

I wouldn't mind getting some hard bags for the :f_spider: but I'll need to win more scratchies!

Deal or no Deal

My friends you got a sweet deal :2thumbs::2thumbs:looks appears to be in Mint Cond if I saw that within a days ride I would have scoffed it up in a heartbeat:ani29:
